Huge fan of your products. I still have a grey wool sectional, club chairs and dining chairs from you, easily 9yr old and I'm amazing condition still. I am now trying to get the grey and black zebra chair for my office. I LOVE this chair. It's nerve wracking to buy furniture online and I shopped for months to find the perfect ones but I succeeded.
This product should be examined at least every thirty (30) days for signs of damage, structural failure or instability. Missing, damaged or worn glides should be replaced and cracked or broken welds should be repaired immediately to avoid instability. Products should not be dropped or slammed down when being unstacked.

Bought this sofa approx three years ago, it is pilling already with just twio adults in the house. The fabric is a bit rough and attracts a huge amount of lint and fibers, we have to vacuum the couch 2-3 times per week to get it off, too large of an area for a lint roller. I still hear the sound of plastic inside the cushion and feathers pop out constantly. It also fades! So unhappy with this sofa, trying to sell it and replace. I will say the construction seems good and design is nice.
