Unfortunately our experience with MaidWhiz was terrible. The only reason we hired them was to clean the blinds of our new house because of my husband's recent lung transplant and cancer. When the maids came I explicitly asked them to do the blinds. Afterward I was deeply disappointed to discover that 75% of the blinds still had a dark filth on them (see pics). When we complained we only received a $40 refund and a "sorry." I will never use them again and would definitely not recommend them.

I had high hopes for this service when I booked it, but was disappointed to come into my house and find I still needed to clean. We were moving into this new home and while unpacking I found several spots not cleaned whatsoever, including garbage in a bathroom drawer, sauce on my kitchen backsplash, gunk in the fridge. I took pictures and sent to the company and they'd only agree to knock off $50 - although I believe it should have been way more for the work I had to put into cleaning the house afterwards. Won't be booking them again.

I hired MaidWhiz for a client a few months ago and have been meaning to write a review because they exceeded our expectations. They go above and beyond! A friend had recently gone through a tough experience and I wanted to give her the gift of a clean apartment, but only had a small window of time to do so. I called a few cleaning services without any luck and then called MaidWhiz. Hershel answered the phone and although my situation was a little unique and there was a lot of back and forth (I had to get the keys, I was not going to be there etc. etc.), he was incredibly accommodating, patient, flexible and kind throughout the entire process. The cleaners were prompt and professional and I showed them around the place

The two ladies that came to my house were amazing. What once looked like a house well loved with built up dirt and grim from the previous owners, transformed into a sparkling fresh smelling new home that my family will be moving into. The women really spent their time and effort in every room and in the end my husband and I are super happy with their work. We will definitely hire them again.
