The roofing experts team led by Jorge Vazquez came out to review storm damage and confirmed we needed a new roof. Working with our insurance company they quickly scheduled a new roof installation. Within a short period the roof was scheduled to be repaired. There was need for roof panels to be replaced and all was pulled and replaced. The roof looks great with the new architectural shingles.
About 6 months later during a rain I found my porch roof was leaking and after writing the company they responded within a week to send a team out and find the leak and replace the shingles in the leaking

I had some roof damage from a storm and was referred to Ed Mercado with The Roofing Exoerts. We had never dealt with a roofing issue before so we really appreciated how great Ed was at explaining the process and keeping us updated every step of the way. He was always available anytime to answer any questions or address any concerns. They have a great team and they did a great job on our roof. They are a top notch company and Ed is great!!

Francois was awesome. After assessing the damage with the roof he assisted me with everything I needed to submit the claim to the insurance company. He took the effort to appear every time the Insurance Company sent an Adjuster. He also took the time to discuss things with the Adjuster so that I knew and expected what would happen once the report got to the Insurance Company. Despite all that was given and recommended the Insurance Company still denied the claim. Francois gave me a reasonable price to replace the roof myself. It was hassle free and the team doing the work was done in one day. Amazing

Gabby was excellent during the whole process. She took the time to explain everything to us and she was very responsive. She made herself available at all times and was ready to answer all of our questions. She was with us every step of the way! Very professional and courteous. She is truly an asset to the Roofing Experts and I have already been telling everyone I know about how good of a job Gabby has done for our family. The Roofing Experts were great. Damian Punnara was my project manager and went above and beyond. He even went and picked up fascia for me that had nothing to do with their scope of work. Very responsive, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction. I have no problem with giving him a strong recommendation. The crew that came to do the work were great. They kept cleaning as the project was ongoing, were easy to communicate with, and did excellent work.

While walking my Mom's dog around her neighborhood on 10/21/20, I admired a new roof job, took a picture of the sign and called the number. Damian Punnara called me back immediately and scheduled time to come look at our roof the next day. He did a quick inspection and was able to confirm the damage we suspected from a recent rain/wind storm. Damian was experienced working with our insurance company (USAA) and professionally, and efficiently handled everything from that point forward. The roof was finished by December 9th and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company, and Damian
