Christian does a great job of keeping me informed about any changes in treatment and makes recommendations based on those changes. He calls to let me know when he plans to come out and goes out of his way to do the complete job. Very professional and responsive. We had ants... a lot of ants. We also had a contract with another "trusted" company that we ended up cancelling because they didn't show up for 7 months. I wanted the ants gone, desperately. I called Ambassador and had them come out for an initial visit.
Within hours of signing a new contract, Sir Jon smote the ants and made them tremble in fear of his deadly poison (for a couple of seconds, before they kicked the bucket, anyway). We all cheered, "No more ants!" Today, we had our first follow up with David the Brave, who battled the exterior webs, the dark ant forces of Septiclid, and climbed

Have been using Ambassador for their lawn and shrub service part of the pest control business for a couple of years.
