In my 30 years of home ownership I’ve never had repair folks as responsive and interested in helping me get back up and running. Jon was knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite. I will use their service for any appliance repair. They’re simply the best!

Bottom freezer would not open, made appt with American Home Shield who sent in a request to 5 Star in Home Services. I called to schedule an appointment and Jon came out the same day (he worked us in as he knew that we had to unplug the freezer in hopes of thawing it out to be able to open the door) Jon worked to get it taken care of so we would have access to our freezer, had the part he needed with him. Would highly recommend 5 Star for your repair needs. In the future I will request with American Home Shield to have this company for any of our appliance repairs. Cheryl S

I have used Jon multiple times and recommended him to others. He is super knowledgeable and can service any band of appliance. I would highly recommend. He always is great with communications, and scheduling. He keeps everything clean and really has an eye for details. If your need help with some appliances. Look no further.
