My sister and I went into Bair Carpet several times, getting many samples, not knowing when we might actually carpet our homes. We recently picked out the carpet (for two different houses), and we couldn't be more pleased. We just had another wonderful experience with Bair Rugs. This time it was an inexpensive purchase of some flooring for our small bathrooms. The customer service was amazing once again. I would highly recommend Bair Rugs. Just this past week they installed brand new hard floors in the entire upstairs of our house. At their showroom I found the selection of flooring to be huge and with the help of Ed I was able to chose exactly what I needed at a price that was very reasonable. We're still finding things they messed up on! I cannot believe it. The contractors who installed the floor in our house back this summer actually broke our bed! We just figured it out months later. Why would you have people who install flooring who are supposed to be qualified to move furniture because that's part of the deal come into your home and break it? I should've done more research...

I decided to try out an all carpet store for a change. I usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's but thought I'd like to have a more personalized service this time around. The sales gentleman was very nice, he set up an in home carpet measurement right away. He told me my price quoted included bottom dollar, labor and disposal. He also was very nice and professional, but after leaving I noticed he threw away all his carpet remnants, cardboard tubing, and misc. trash in our dumpster ... When I bought my house I needed to redo the flooring in two rooms so I went straight to Yelp. Yelp sent to to Bair and I was extremely please with their customer service. They had a great selection and were very helpful to make sure I was going to be happy with what I got. From the very beginning of the process, the office staff was great explaining the different types of carpet and helping us choose what would be best for our family.
Now for the date of instillation...the reason for the missing 5th star. We were told that our family could stay in one of the living rooms while the carpet was applied throughout the house and then we could all move when it was time to do that room. I am truly impressed with this business. I just got the carpet installed and it is beautiful. The installers were were great and very knowledgeable. Bair beat the two other quotes I got by $2000 and $1500 for comprable material ! And when they give you a quote it includes padding and installation unlike the other places.
