This is a long overdue review. The team from iHomeShutters had assisted me 3 years back with new windows shades and shutters for my home. They delivered on all fronts including custom painted shutters for some windows which was not a normal request for them at the time. Team was excellent to work with and explained all options. The delivery occurred in the time frame they had stated and installs were completed satisfactory. Recently I ran into an issue with a shade that had broken chain, I knew that any warranty was over. David is very knowledgeable and educated us on window treatments as we had no clue what to pick. We ended up picking shades and installed them this past November. Some of the fabric from the manufacturer ended up having a few issues but David was able to redo them for us. He's very communicative and I enjoyed being able to just text him for any questions and for coordinating meeting times versus playing phone tag. We recommend iHomeShutters and would definitely use them again for future purchases.

For our consultation appointment, David listened to our wants and needs for our window coverings, and he provided us his professional opinion on what we were looking for. He also followed up to insure that we were happy with our purchase and installation.
And, Yeyo did a great job installing all 18 windows in one day. He was polite, informative and very detailed.

IHomeShutters provided excellent customer service from consultation to installation. I received 5 different quotes on shutters and iHomeShutters had the best value. They were very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. I had some regret after investing so much in my window treatment after the purchase but when my shutters were installed, I loved them and am so happy with them. They turned out better than what I imagined! The only downside is that it took three months to get and I was suffering with my temporary shades. It was well worth the wait though!

I love my blinds and my shutters! I'm glad I went with the recommendations as I was unsure if blinds was a good option for the outdoor patio and going slightly sheer was perfect. The framing on the shutters also gave my condo a more finished look and matched the trim of our interior perfectly. I love that everyone showed up with mask and the work was done pretty fast! Pricing was very reasonable as well.

My parents and I absolutely love our brand new shutters! David was very patient and efficient in consulting and answering my parent's and my questions. He took his time in explaining the differences in the quality of the materials and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with our final selection.
We also had shades installed for our family patio door, which we also love.
The shutters took 3 months to arrive as their was a backlog due to Covid, which David had advised. When the shutters, came, David scheduled the installation within a couple of days.

We recently moved into our new house and worked with David to get shutters and roller shades installed throughout. From my initial inquiry, through the consultation process to installation, David and his team were amazing to work with. Friendly, professional, responsive and with fair pricing along the way. This is an overdue review for David. We got a combination of shutters and blinds installed several months ago. IHomeShutters is hands down one of the best contracting experience we've had. David was professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He acts like a trusted friend who has your best interest rather than a pushy salesperson. Now a year later, we have decided to install 6 more plantation shutters in our home and there was no doubt we had to call David at iHomeShutters. David came by and remeasured the windows to make sure they are correct and was friendly, professional and efficient. The shutters came and was installed yesterday. The installation person (Yayo) did a great job, cleaned up after himself, very friendly, and a great guy. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

We had an issue with one of the roller shades, and he replaced it with a new one immediately. The overall experience was excellent.
