Really appreciated their work. The installation was sped up and done beautifully. Israel was very responsive and patient with back and forth communication. He was also very honest and trustful while doing the inspection. Provided clarification of the fence condition. This is important especially when you’re not doing for your property only but between you and the neighbor. We both love the final product. Very neat. We plan to go with the company again when we need to get the side fence replaced.

I signed a contract and paid a deposit to Eric months ago because they were recommended by my HOA. It has now been a YEAR since I started this process with them and still no fence in sight. Every time I call, if I'm lucky enough to get an answer, I'm told they've had employees move or get sick and so my job has been pushed back. First I was told there were 25 jobs ahead of me, now months later I was told there were 45 jobs ahead of me. Do not go with them if you actually want to get the fence you pay for installed.

My neighbor hired and paid in full for a vinyl fence on our property line. I'm paying half when the work is completed.
THIS FENCE WAS PAID FOR SIX MONTHS AGO! STILL NO FENCE. They've never started.
This is a ripoff pure and simple.

Just want to say thanks for these guys. We had a new vinyl fence installed two years ago. Excellent price and good quality work. As you all know these high winds in Rialto are horrible. I found a weakened area of the fence and gave them a call and they came out right away and fixed it no questions... They stand behind their commitments and work. Thanks guys !!

Thank you again Eric Prien, who's always there for answers to my questions for 6 yrs. now. I have had my vinyl fence since 2016 and love it. I just recently took down bushes that were over 6 ft. tall next to the fence after 30 yrs. of being up. Such a pretty site now being able to see the white vinyl fence. I had a privacy shade up and applied heavy duty black tape to it to hold it up, and when the bushes were removed and I took down the shade, it left all the pieces of tape still there. I tried everything I thought to get them off. But when I asked Eric if he could suggest something

UC fence wasted 6 weeks on my project, Ive set aside weekend after weekend for false promises and no follow through. Nothing but just every excuse in the book to even lying saying that two employees were recently hospitalized, stay away from this place. Just not a honest company.

Excellent work. Jason is very professional, punctual, returns calls right away and follows through in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the work he did with my rod iron fence The entire experience was very positive. I highly recommend UC Fence for your fencing needs!

May 5th, 2021, I went to UC Fence business at the 4100 block of Sierra Way in north San Bernardino because I needed several strands of chain link to repair my gate. The staff provided me with the needed materials to complete the repair of my gate and did not charge me. I recommend this business for fence matters. William Sheble.

Our fence blew down in the beginning of December and a friend recommended UC Fence to us. Eric was our sales guy and he was informative and nice. Unfortunately everything was backed up due to Covid so we weren't going to be able to get our fence installed until the first week of March. With pets and small children, it posed a bit of a challenge but we made due.
The part we were not impressed with was the lack of communication. The supplies did not come in the first week of March and nobody bothered to call and let us know. My husband called to see what was going on and the girl informed him

Totally impressed with UC Fencing. Bob was honest and very knowledgeable about everything we asked. The staff at UC fencing was professional and prompt. Homedepot did well chosing to do business with this group. We will continue to go through them moving forward.

UC fence was among a few contractors that we asked to quote to repair, stucco and bring to height an existing block wall that had seen it's day and to bring to code for a pool dig. Although UC Fence quote was not the least expensive of our quotes, they were more than willing to match our other offers to get our business. Israel was our point of contact for the entire project. Israel is completely professional and communicated well. This project took a couple days and was handled with care and professionalism. Excellent & quick to jump on my Mother's fence that blew down in the wind. My Mom's 78 years old and was feeling very vulnerable. The guy that replaced it was very professional and did an excellent job. Priced was very reasonable and fair. Thank you very much

We contacted UC Fence back in October of 2019 to get an estimate on the fence. At that time, one of our neighbors wasn't willing to split the cost. The last wind storm caused our fence on both sides to be hanging on by a post or two...We contacted UC Fence again for an updated quote. Vanessa was a pleasure to work with in making sure that all parties agreed with the changes being made and created separate contracts amongst the neighbors. They started the project on March 10th. When we moved to Highland we did not expect to be a victim of Santa Ana winds..well...it struck! It took down 3-4 panels of our original 17 year old wooden fence. And weakened several posts of both neighbor sides of our property. We saw UC Fence at our neighbors' house. We have heard of the company and were interested in the information our neighbors received. Well..the next day my neighbor approached me, and showed me the quote. I called Eric at UC Fence, and he was very professional over the phone and the quote was reasonable. Nightmare experience with this fencing company.
Here is a bullet list of everything that occurred along with photos.
-Day 1 - Two workers arrive. Blasting music at 8:30am. Smell of pot, but I overlook it.
-Day 2 - Same two workers. Blasting music at 8:30 am. I actually watch them smoking pot passing a pipe back and forth in their truck. After they got high the work done on both backyard fences was horrendous. Crooked fence lines, mismatched framing, crooked cutting of wood, the use of damaged wood panels, disconnected 2x4's (look at pics). The yard was a shambles including oreo cookies, food

I called Jason at UC Fence for a job needed for my daughters condo up by Cal State San Bdno. And it was the most pleasant experience ever...all I had to do was send him pictures of the job, and he quickly provided a quote. Then he sent someone out the very next day to do the job and it looks amazing. They are top notch, fairly priced, and do a great job. The crew was efficient from demolition to getting the vinyl fencing up.. we live in Beaumont or as my friends like to call it blowmont.. wind bring it on !! you hurt my old wood fence with your gusty wind...

UC Fence was recommended to us through Home Advisor and was our first and best quote. We had a day scheduled but asked if they have any cancelation to give us a call. We got bumped up 9 days. The guys that came to do the install were friendly and got right to work. When digging a hole for a post they accidentally hit a sprinkler line and were very open about it and fixed it right away and still got the job done on time. We got a follow up call from the sales person and treated with respect through the whole process.
