Bastrop Self Storage

Needed to store a small home in a the area in a rush. The process to register, and pay is easy. Owners are very friendly and professional. One of the better long term reteltionships I have had with a business.

I’ve been renting a place for my son and my business for a couple of years now. The place is always clean and Jonathan is always available if needed almost instantly. You can’t beat that or Bastrop Storage.

The owner is fantastic, and always on top of things. Called me once to let me know I incorrectly latched my unit and it was unlocked! Even offered to help when I was moving in after he first opened.

Owner was very flexible in my needs and even provided me a discount. Excellent service and very responsive to questions.

After dealing with terrible storage facilities, this one is a breath of fresh air! The owner is super responsive, very fair, and the facility is nice and secure.

I'm pretty happy with this place. Make sure to spray for spiders. I found black widows in my unit.

Affordable,Clean and Secure units. Very attentive owners. I highly recommend this facility. We stored in a total of 7 units after moving to the area. Jonathan and Catherine were always helpful and a joy to work with.

We rent a room from a family member and so all our belongs are in storage here and the customer service is great and price is decent. But I went to look for something out of the storage and everything has mildew/mold on it. Now I'm trying to see what we can do to save all our stuff or if we will have to throw everything out. Plastic totes, cardboard boxes, fabric stuff all have it. I know it's nothing company can do cause it's not climate controlled but it stinks knowing we probably have to start all over when we are able to get our own place eventually.

We moved from out of state and had a small budget set aside for a storage unit and this place was easily the cheapest in the area. On top of being cheap it came with by far the best customer service I have received in any type of business. All my calls and emails were answered literally within the hour. Best place for a unit by far.
