After reading the great reviews here, my husband and I were disappointed with the service we received from Michael Flooring. While the men contracted to remove our carpets/install the flooring were professional and did a great job (we do love our floors!), our whole experience was clouded by the lack of communication throughout the entire process.

Mason was our point person, and he initiated conversation just one time-- the day after the job was done, when it was time to pay the remaining balance. During this whole 3 week process, we had to either call him or come in for all updates.

I connected with Alex in Michael Flooring for installing the Vinyl Flooring in my property. Alex was very prompt and kept following up with me and my agent. The price quoted was better than Lumber Liquidators and one other company. As it is a remote rental for me, my agent has told me that the finished work is coming out really good. The quote included demolition, installation and removal of old material. Every thing was done as promised. I hope the floor lasts long and I don't have any issues in future. As of now I am very satisfied the way the work has come out. Thanks.

I had my entire house done months ago and have called them several times to get an issue fixed but no one ever calls me back. I feel like they were in such a hurry to get the floor in, it wasn't done properly and they never finished the transition piece. I would not use this company again. Saving a little money didn't pay off in the long run. I am still not satisfied with the results. Once they have your money they are done with you. So disappointed with this company not willing to call me back or fix the issue. Next step is to stand in the store until someone address the issue.

From start to finish, we could not be happier to use Michael Flooring for our carpet needs. After visiting the showroom, we selected a carpet and then Mason came out to do the measuring. Just as they said, it was about 2 weeks for our carpet to come in since it was coming from Georgia. Professional installers did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the finished product. Reasonable pricing which included everything and great quality carpet is what makes Michaels stand out. In the future, if we need more flooring we would not hesitate to use them again. We started our full house floor replacement with Michael Flooring and that's where we ended up. Their quote was reasonable and all inclusive, which was not our experience with some others in town. Just left this place about 30min ago. Worst employee ever. Inhumane, discriminates, judgmental and plain pathetic employee. Husband went in inquiring about some of their prices, what was the employees response, "Too much money for you.". I'm in utter disbelief, horrible customer service, this place will never get my business. Was trying to support small businesses but to Home Depot we go instead, at least they treat their customers with some dignity. Stay away at all cost!!!

When doing my search for tile I found a slight price difference which was good but if I had know that sacrificing price for service
Was going to be an issue I would not have gone there. I never got calls back from the salesman my order had Brocken tiles and it took about a week to get an answer. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Professional, great customer service and amazing work! Michael flooring made our installation of 3400 square feet of flooring an easy process. I had gathered several bids from different flooring companies in order to compare pricing and professionalism. When Benny from Michael Flooring came out to estimate my home, he was by far the most knowledgeable. His pricing was fair and comparable to the other bids I received, but it was his professional, timely responses that stood out among the rest. He and his installers were always on time, had great communication, and really had an eye for details.

We ordered a custom round carpet for our living room with Luis and everything turned out perfect! We showed them the sample and Luis was able to get it made to spec with the proper materials and binding. It was a perfect match and we are very very impressed. We will Definetley be working with Micheal flooring in the future, and highly recommend working with Luis!

I wish I would've read reviews before making a purchase here. I was told we would get a call the following day to know when our order would arrive and we never received a call.
When I called to get an update they told me they would call the warehouse and give me a call by the end of the day an nothing once again.

I have absolutely the upmost respect for this flooring store, straight to the point and honestly exceeded my expectations. I read so many reviews about other nearby flooring but they had the best reviews. Mason was aware that we lived 3 hours away but made sure he was available and always ready to take on any questions we had. Mason quoted the job to be done in 2 1/2 days but finished in 2! I had 800 sqft of tile to take out of my house and I wanted to get my whole house in wood looking vinyl flooring which was 2000sqft.
