Professional and courteous installer, that’s where the good ends. Worst mistake I’ve made in years. Too much money for a shower that hasn’t stopped leaking for 3 weeks And the installer is the only one in Tennessee so I have to wait until he’s close to my location. Install of a Kohler walk-in bathtub. The tub was installed in one day, as advertised, and New Bath took care of removing the old tub and walls, including disposal. The tub is correctly in place and working well. The only issue we had was with some of the sheetrock work put back up to replace material that was removed for the install. On the right-hand wall, where one 4' x 8' sheet should have been used to replace the wall that was taken out, they scabbed in 5 separate pieces of sheetrock to replace it. I realize they were trying to keep waste to a minimum, but this makes for a lot more effort for

We had a shower installed.we were contacted once a week by sales person to let us know what percent of the products were in. When we thought we were ready for installation they were very bad about contacting us.
Our process started in July and was not completed until the middle of November. The installers were very nice. They ran into a problem with one of the doors and attempted to solve it. It was not until we actually used the shower that we discovered the door would not work properly. We also discovered that we do not have true HOT water, the faucet needs to be adjusted.

My wife broke her back 35 years ago and has trouble getting in and out of our bathtub. She has been wanting a walkin tub. The New Bath salesman Tom Kurish came to our home and gave us a very good presentation on the walkin tub. He shows you all the Kohler fixtures and hardware that comes with the tub. We purchased our tub on 8-10-2021. Tom told us there would be a two to three month waiting period before they could install the tub. They called the first part of November and setup an installation date of 11-11-2021 to start the installation. They had some problems getting all the parts together

The job was a very difficult one, but the crew thought it out and achieved the goal of installing the bath, the hall way was to small and the bathroom door was also to small to allow the installing of the bath but they did it, I believe they think with every problem there is a solution. The bath looks great and works great. It is a very high quality tub.

We contacted New Bath Today looking to get a new shower put in for my elderly mother to replace a claw foot bath tub. They sent Mark Kranenberg as the designer/salesman to work with us on figuring out the best shower for my mom especially with her hip going to be replaced in December. Mark is just amazing and found all kinds of work arounds to best fit my moms needs and we will definitely be contacting New Bath Today again if we need more remolding done!!

I rarely write reviews, because I'm on computers all day and prefer to just relax whenever I can. However, I couldn't help myself in this situation. The designer, Mark Kranenberg, went above and beyond to design something that was safe in every way possible for me. See, I have severe arthritis and have had a total knee replacement and soon a hip replacement. He saw how much I struggled and showed so very much care and compassion for me to ensure any opportunities for accidents would be avoided. Installed a walk in shower to replace a standard builders fiberglass tub / shower. Sales team represented the product well. Provided information and answered questions without being pushy. Installation crew was excellent. Completed work on time, cleaned up thoroughly when finished working each day, and explained the features before completing the job.

The Salesman would not leave my home, kept using delay tactics every time I tried to end the consultation. I chose to move forward because he represented that they would be able to capture a bit more depth (2-5 inches) than what I would be able to by installing a prefabricated shower. I confirmed again that I wanted to capture more space than the standard unit I had as he drew up the paperwork and thought he had selected a deeper shower tray as I watched him build out the quote.
