In 2013, she completed her MBA programs and set her sights on her passion which is Construction. Karin Shnorhavorian, WIC Construction, recently completed a remodel of my home which included 2 bathrooms and new flooring throughout the majority of my home. First and foremost, she was the most friendly, thorough, and prompt contractor I have ever worked with. She quickly responds to all communications. And she and her team were able to complete the project on time! Her crew is very detail-oriented, considerate, and friendly. I highly recommend WIC Construction for your next home remodel.

We did a guest/extra bathroom remodel. We loved Karin and her crew. Karin is very friendly & warm, she makes you feel comfortable in every step of the process. With the pandemic, they were very mindful, and respectful and wore masks. It's been a great experience and we will definitely be using Karin again.

Karin and her team, led up by Pedro, were a pleasure to work with. Karin oversaw the renovation of two bedroom closets for me, as well as the addition of a bay nook built-in bench in my living room. Pedro's attention to detail is very high, and I was impressed with his craftsmanship. Karin was diligent in checking in on the progress of the job and went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with the job. Money well spent with Karin and the WIC team!

Karin and Pedro really know what they are doing!! We are so pleased with the renovation of our small master bathroom. I can't believe it's the same bathroom I had prior to the renovation. Karin and Pedro are professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. They strive to make the job exactly as we see it. Pedro's attention to detail is highly appreciated. When I initially contacted Karin at WIC, she was quick to respond and came to my home to discuss a total home renovation. Construction started mid-February with a completion date of up to three months. With the pandemic starting shortly after they began construction, I was fearful that the job would be delayed. However, Karin and her team continued to work Monday through Saturday while following social distancing and wearing the proper PPE. I reached out to several contractors when we needed some repairs and bathroom remodel. Karin's responsiveness, clear communications and creativity on concepts for the remodel really stood out. Despite the challenges with COVID-19 and the restrictions placed the during the renovations, Karin and Pedro adapted to work with their suppliers and glass workers to ensure that the progress could continue (and add a much needed bathroom for use during the shutdown). Karin and Rudy just left and I couldn't be more pleased. I needed a kitchen cabinet raised to make room for a new refrigerator. Karin responded quickly asking for a picture. After a short conversation, she said her guy was in the area and could come take a look. Well, she and Rudy both came. I knew it was a small job but they assured me no job was too small. We set a date and time. They came at the designated time and did a wonderful job moving and leveling the cabinet. Very professional and neat! Great communicators of what can and can't be done.
