I was worried that my 1975-built house never had the septic pumped. My neighbor had a problem so I decided to have Ayers pump my septic at the same time. As I write this they are still trying to find the neighbor's tank (they were unable to). They did find mine and said it was full, so the timing was perfect. They had to dig down about 4 feet on the side of a steep hill to get to it. All in all they did a great job and were very professional and friendly. My dad used them once many years ago and had been happy with them and that's why I called them. I didn't shop around.

I tried to use this service for outdoor repair this fall. They have trouble making an appointment " because they are so busy". I gave 24 hour notice when I had to cancel my appointment and when I tried to reschedule then never had time and I was even told by is wife " if I had not cancelled my earlier appointment I would not have this problem" very rude ...... and I explained I went from 2,000 gal, 7,700 gal, to 12,000 gal of water usage and was desperate. When I asked for a recommendation she said if they " take me off their list " I was not asking to be removed but she talked like they could
