On a very tight schedule, Ben was able to get our fireplace installed so that we could celebrate Christmas Eve with an amazing fire in our fireplace for the first time in the 50 years that our house has been in the family! We talked with Ben about replacing our wood burning insert. He is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. He has a beautiful showroom with multiple displays. Once we decided to go with Ben’s suggestion we were scheduled for install within a few days. Ben, Ben and Ryan took out the old and inserted the new very quickly and were very careful with their equipment in our home. We would highly recommend Ben and Chimney Solutions for any of your wood or gas fireplace needs or wants.

Ben installed a wonderful wood stove insert into our existing fireplace last year months before spring. It works perfectly. he also came out twice, once to check it out in the off season and once to investigate a fan noise. His work is excellent and efficient. I can trust Ben to do an excellent job. Chimney Solutions is the way to go if you want good service and competitive prices.

Honest straightforward business. Very profesional, and easy to talk with. Had an in depth inspection done on 2 30 yr old fireplaces and chimenys. We were able to immediately see the problems and repairs needed. Made the appointment to get them taken care of before Ben left that day. Was impressed enough by his customer service skills, the we ordered an insert for the basement. Installation was painless, and his directions for the initial burn in were spot on. Highly reccomend Chimney Solutions for any fireplace, insert or chimney needs.

I bought an older 2 story home around Indian Lake area, needed the old brick chimney looked at. Got a hold of Chimney Solutions in Troy and they came out and inspected it, needed some tuck pointing done, and ended up getting a very nice and affordable insert installed in your older fireplace. I am very happy with Chimney Solutions, the service and the install of my insert was very professional and affordable. I would recommend Chimney Solutions to anyone for their heating needs!
