Keith is a liar. Led me to believe he would fix my septic for several weeks. Spoke with him several times with projected dates to come look at my issue. Never showed up and never called. I was more than patient and have attempted to contact him MANY times. He quit answering his phone. DO NOT do service with these people.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Completely unprofessional when you don’t answer someone’s call but you answer from a different phone number. Came out to look at the pump YOU installed that malfunctioned and then say you’ll be back to finish the repairs and then never show up. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE WHATSOEVER!!!!

My septic tank was a complete disaster. The tank was bad, filled lines and the soil was all bad. The health department said everything had to be replaced and I had to have a pump now. I called every septic tank repair company in Mobile. Mr. Turner gave me the best price. He also said he could do the repairs within a week. Some companies had me waiting over two weeks. He also explained everything to me. He helped my stress level go down tremendously. He worked professionally and efficient. He ran into a lot of problems like a buried pool. Not the best work and still dealing with an issue from original installation. They refuse to call back or come finish what they promised to do almost a year ago on my aunt’s property. They had the audacity to push over trees and just shove them to the back of the property and insist that they weren’t responsible for cleaning up the mess they created. Others might have better luck and get better work from them, but I am FAR from impressed. On top of that, they wouldn’t give a decent quote and then hit her with a ridiculous bill. Fortunately though, she was wise enough to dispute that bill
