They did a great job leveling the foundation of my home. We were almost 3 inches low on the back edge of our house when they started. My only complaint is that when I went to pay the balance due in person, I was literally the only person in the building wearing a mask despite the sign on the front door of the building asking everyone to mask up.

They stabilized my foundation about two years ago. The work they did was great. The problem is permitting and getting a response from them. I've called a couple of times and left messages but no response so I'm hoping this will get their attention. I got a knock on my door just before Christmas from the city saying the permit was going to expire. I was told by R&R that the permitting process was finalized. They made a special point in their sales pitch to tell me that they would take care of all permitting. The city says no, there needs to be two more inspections. I called RandR right after the

Cory and his company R&R Foundations were fantastic. I'm a real estate agent and my client was in a tough spot after an inspection. They fixed the issue so quickly on a home on Lopez Island when it's hard to even get people to do work out on the San Juan Islands. They were polite, kind and professional. I highly recommend!

We live in a home on pilings that were failing. We received 2 bids including R&R to install new posts and piers. R&R was about $500 more than the first bid, BUT the scope of work and value was vastly superior to the first bid. The quality of the work was top notch. The crew was on time every day, they were professional, and they worked their tails off.
We now have a level floor that feels solid! We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend R&R to anyone!

I was very pleased with R&R's work. Cory took time to explain the process of excavating around my apartment building's foundation, driving piles, and jacking the building to mitigate past settling. After I changed my mind, Cory re-bid the job with complete understanding. R&R's project manager was great about letting me know when City would issue permits to start R&R's work. R&R let us know we had a small job that they might be able to fit into a schedule gap before the work was originally scheduled. They committed to finishing the job in one day, which they did. My only minor complaint is that they provided no advance notice of fitting us in ahead of schedule. They showed up at our house one morning, and then called to let us know they had arrived to complete the work. In the end it was fine, but it could have been a waste of their time if we had, for example, not been around that day. Anyways, I would recommend and work with them again.

We were most impressed by R&R in general and specifically the crew that performed our extensive foundation and retaining wall work over the course of seven days in June 2021. That work involved driving twelve piles to stabilize and raise the foundation, as well as eight tie-backs to stabilize an eight-foot high retaining wall contiguous to our basement.

These guys we great. They called 3 days before they showed up to confirm we were ready and that there arrival time. Then a call the night before to confirm arrival time again, they were on time. Our crew was Denny, Tyson, and Austin, after a quick run down of what they were going to do, they started right in on the project. Protecting the plants too.
They finished up the 2nd day, cleaned up the site and walked me through what they completed. All in an easy deal. Recommended

Denny and his team members, Tyson and Austin did an amazing job with reforming the cement posts that hold up my garage and applying the carbon fiber to them. I looked at the cheapn fix and chose to invest in a solution that would allow me to not wonder if, and/ or when, I might have to address this issue again. The folks at R&R did a great job from start to finish including communications from the office and things they encountered during the process that required extra attention/engineering. This end of the house is now stable, I have a engineered foundation for a retaining wall, and am looking forward to having a lovely landacaped partition between me and my neighbor.
