Our project is underway with System Pavers but I wanted to compliment the entire team for a truly professional job to date. I can't thank the initial sales representative Robert Frost and now Mark Trojanowski the Project Manager. From the time I first met him to go over the project to his daily visits to discuss the ongoing process he has been the consummate professional. Isack the construction supervisor and his workers are doing a superb job as well being mindful of the neighborhood during the morning hours.

It was a rocky start working with Systems Pavers due to a disagreement about project specs. It happens. But a good sales manager (Steve), a super TERRIFIC project manager (Nestor) and an awesome crew (Salvador & Team) completely turned things around for us. Our door step and pavers are beautiful and we are likely hiring them again when we do the rest of our yard.
Thanks to Steve for finding a resolution to our initial disagreement over project specs. We couldn't have gone forward without him stepping in.

This company is not how it use to be. They are NOT cheap and we knew that when we hired them the second time. The quality of the work is not what they advertise, more than half of the pavers were chipped or broken. We noticed the pavers after they started laying them down, so we decided to say something about the damaged pavers to the project manager 'Daniel' , he flat out told me in my face that the pavers are suppose to look like that. I showed him the work that his company did for us about 1 year prior to this job, and how much nicer the work was. He then tried to point out the flaws

Design Consultant, Jon Arnett, was my initial contact with the company. Unlike many salesmen I have dealt with, Jon was pleasant, unassuming, considerate and although eager to win the business, he was NEVER pushy. He explained the entire process, measured and provided quotes, and guided me through color and pattern choices, even dropped off samples to my house. GREAT customer service!!! Once the project was underway and he was not as involved, I knew I could rely on Jon to jump in if there was a problem. If you go with System Pavers (I hope you do) I hope you are fortunate enough to work with

Our family has done a few construction related projects with other companies over the years and they've often looked okay but there were always bumps along the way.....delays, things we weren't totally pleased with.
I seriously can not believe how smoothly our backyard project went with System Pavers. Jon came out and helped us plan and cost out our project. He told us when they could start....they ended up starting earlier. He told us how long it would take....they finished sooner. He showed us pics of what it could look like....it looked better. Cory the project manager was as friendly

I contacted System Pavers for a design consultation. Jon Barlok came out and helped me with a design. He went over the process and pricing to have my porch, walkway, and driveway removed and replaced with pavers . It was a about 6 weeks until the project began. Tony Garcia was the project lead. Both Tony and Jon were communicative and responsive to my needs and questions. I had a few last minute design changes which were accommodated easily thanks to Tony and Jon. The project was completed way ahead of schedule. I was quoted almost 2 weeks to have the job completed. Tony's team had it done

We moved into a new community where everyone is doing landscaping. System Pavers salesman rang our door to sell us their services. After multiple calls someone else came out to talk to my wife while I was at work. He literally told my wife that he can't tell her anything more unless the husband was home.
Huh???
This person needs a lesson on business practice not to mention humanism and reality. I'm sure that wives have at least 50% decision making in matters related to home and yard - it's more like 99% in my home. If he asked me I would have told him, I don't care

We had a great experience with System Pavers, from the design (Jon) to Tony and his crew that did all the work. They were upfront land realistic about the process and worked non stop for 4 days.
We were blown away by the showroom that gave us more options than we ever needed. The Lady at the desk gave us the card of the designer/engineer working in our area and we set up an appointment. From there it was picking out a set of colors a design and off we went. We are extremely pleased with the product, the professionalism of the employees and the speediness with which it was completed. I bought a System Pavers back yard two years ago. During the install I found out from my neighbor that one of the employees tried to sell him my extra pavers (for cash). After first year we had to have the warranty work done to get the edging replaced and most of the patio re leveled.
In April I contacted them because most of the pavers are uneven, lost sand (i've re sanded twice) and all bumpy. It is now end of June, still waiting for the work to be done. The representative says it is because they are busy with new jobs. OK, but your busy schedule isn't my fault.

Questionable business practice. Before hiring this company, or any paver company, do your own thorough measurements and find out how much sq. ft. of material come per pallet even if it means calling their supplier directly.
After my project was complete I was left with two unused pallets of paver stones, untouched and still shrink wrapped. I know paver companies will order more material then the measurements call for which IS a good idea. But two full pallets worth?

This company is legitimately the best in its class. We had 3 bids to remodel our backyard approx 1000 sq feet that had 30 yo cracked concrete that had been painted over. Alec Hunsberger, our design consultant, arrived on time to assess our project and goals. He was communicative and very helpful in understanding our needs. His proposal arrived via Zoom and the presentation was impressive. The estimated cost was in line with what we were expecting but the added discounts and credits were a big plus.
