I would like to thank them for their work, especially to Jim Carlock.
I can only imagine Jim is so busy working on all other units in the building as well as other buildings. But he is always responsive and helpful to me during this period of time. And his work is outstanding.
What I really want to tell you is that, it can be hard to find someone who can do a great job and it must be even harder to find someone who is very patient with customers and offer professional work in a very personal way. Jim does it all.
He will be one of the majors reasons for me to come back to ServPro and also recommend
