Action glass installed new leather interior from Katzskins. From ordering to installation, very professional and everything done in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I had originally started my search with national brands that will come to your home or office, however all of the local franchises had really low Google review scores. I ended up calling a trusted auto body shop I had used before and they recommended Action Glass to me and for that I am very thankful. My 2019 Subaru Impreza had an approximately two foot long crack in the windshield from an object hitting it on the highway which required that the entire windshield be replaced. Action Glass took me in right away, was flexible when I had to move the drop off date, and was very meticulous and diligent

Highly recommend from my cousin and he was not wrong.
I had a remote starting system installed in my vehicle for about 1 1/2 years now with no problems to date.
When installing the system it interfered with my aftermarket radio and climate control system causing some functions from working.
Having only noticed my climate control was not working properly the next cold day I called Action Glass to inform them in what was happening. I feared they wouldn't stand behind their work, I was wrong, the owner apologized for me having to bring my vehicle back in order to figure out what was going on.

Awesome, excellent job! I'm very very happy. I was looking for composite partition for my Chevy Express van in Danbury area, but I did not find. I found this place in the Internet, and after schedule by phone I drove more than one hour, but I came back home very satisfied. They did a fast, clean and high quality job. I wouldn't let anyone but these guys work on my auto glass. I'm the service manager of a car dealership and I have been doing business with these guys for over 20 years. Whenever I need a windshield done I have my customers see Action Glass only!!. I know that they are in good hands that I can trust !

I drive down to Manchester, CT from Canada regularly to see relatives. This time, a horrible smash from an unknown object (likely tire debris) left my windshield smashed with barely any visibility. Since the original windshield pretty much saved my life, I contacted Ford for a new replacement. They recommended reaching out to Action Glass.
I called them and booked a replacement with OEM windshield (Carlite), which they had. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and was knowledgeable. The mobile service could only be provided the next day and I agreed.
Today the mobile service guys came in

I noticed my windshield was cracked on my Acura (Still newish so it hurt me even more!) and seriously was FREAKING the eff out. I called my dealership in a panic, and without missing a beat they recommended Action Glass. I do a lot of highway driving for work and was concerned that while the crack was not too big at the moment, that it would spider out into a much larger problem. I called on a Tuesday morning, and had an appointment bright and early before work the very next day to get it fixed. I was there a total of maybe 30-40 mins and that's it. Also cost me less than I was expecting.

The customer service at Action Glass is excellent to begin with. From there, my experience only got better! My sunroof on my Acura shattered from the heat a few weeks ago. I chose to have it fixed here and I am so happy I did. They installed the new glass roof so well, you can't even tell anything was done. It works perfectly. Plus, they cleaned the car so well to make sure there were no glass shards inside or out. Thanks Action Glass!!!

My windshield needed to be replaced, so I called Action Glass based on a recommendation from my insurance agent. The woman that answered the phone was very knowledgable, and quickly set up for the mobile unit to replace my glass the next day. She gave me the 4 hour window of 8-12 and told me that if I called in the morning, they could narrow it down to a 2 hr window. I didn't bother calling since I wasn't going anywhere. The techs showed up at 10. They were done and out in 45 min. They were very professional and very quick. They even amused my son who insisted on watching from the door
