Worst mistake was trusting this builder to build our new home.
Owner very rarely was on site himself and allowed his two inexperienced labors, to perform important functions, unsupervised,
Windows, exterior doors, interior door framing, decks were improperly installed and never addressed. Subpar workmanship through out. They screwed up everything they touched, and charged twice for the couple screw ups they tried to fix.
MC took almost $30k in contracting fees and abandoned the project in disarray and incomplete, subpar workmanship throughout.
