Very poor service, did not keep their promises. The person provided the job is Jose. I am making the negative review for the following reasons:
1. The tree to be cut is near my rear fence with my neighbor, there is a fish pond on my neighbor side near the fence. To be considerable, when Jose did the estimate, he promised to have people on my neighbor side to catch the branches and cover the fish pond, but they did nothing. My neighbor had to cover the fish pond themselves that day and cleaned up the falling branches and leaves.

We have used New York Long island Tree service twice. Both times they provided affordable quotes, excellent communication, and great work. They removed two pines next to our patio and completely cleaned up. There was no debris whatsoever on the patio. We have a very large tree in our back that I wanted trimmed without losing privacy in our back yard. They talked it over with me when quoting and recommended thinning it. It looks so much better now. I highly recommend this tree service.

I was extremely satisfied with this tree company. After a recent wind storm we had two large dangerous branches hanging by a thread over our house and electrical wires. They came for an estimate the same day and showed up promptly the next morning and did the job. The price was more than fair, the crew was amazing and the work was excellent! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

New York Long island Tree service did an excellent job. Their price was competitive and response time was as quick as the other two company's we contacted. Best of all was their team. They worked incredibly quickly, performed a delicate job that required removing a large limb from our neighbors house, and cleaned up all debris before they left. I will absolutely hire them if I ever need this type of service again.
