Gutter Bros have cleaned my gutters in Darien since 2017- I recently hired them to do some custom work and repair work on a new purchase in Darien. They were responsive throughout and did fantastic work- nothing is more frustrating than poor drainage and they solved so many problems. I am very happy to have worked with them and will call them back for future work.

Hired them to clean and seal corners on all gutters on upper half of house only. Gave me a price which I thought was a little expensive but he could come right away. He did the work and The following week, I went out on my deck after it rained and there was watering pouring from one of the corners of the gutter. I Called Giovanni and he said that I didn't tell him that I wanted THAT corner sealed and wouldn't come back to honor his commitment. Do not use this company.

We called Joe at Gutter Brothers when our gutters became overloaded with debris. He promptly returned my call, his prices are competitive and his team was extremely professional. They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and were very courteous. (They even helped my wife move a giant box into our garage). Thank you, Joe. Much appreciated and see you next month.

Called them to get an estimate on cleaning and repairing the gutters on my church and rectory.
Received a quote that I thought was reasonable. When I called to give them the OK to start the job... they call me back and tell me the price is double the original "TOTAL ESTIMATE". When I questioned why I was told " I made a mistake". I canceled the job right then and there.
In my day, a contractor honored his estimate unless something unforeseen came up that wasn't planned for. NOT GUTTER BROS.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR,

I had them install new gutters on my house about 7 years ago. Afterwards,I always had a leakage problem, right in front of my front door, and in a couple other areas. I called numerous times for TWO years, they always said they would come take a look, and never did. I had a very reputable contractor look at the gutters, and they told me they were not quality gutters, and they weren't angled properly. Wouldn't even consider letting them clean my gutters!

I was happy with the gutter cleaning these folks did for us in 2013, but they blew me off when I called them back in early December 2014. Repeated promises to clean our gutters were broken and now it is mid-February and too late to do anything. My gutters are clogged and have huge icicles hanging from them.

I have to say the initial gutter work that was done for us was great. They solved a water issue on one side of our house which was very helpful.
The part I am most upset was a dripping gutter that caused ice to form on my walkway. The dripping gutter was one of reasons we hired them in the first place. They came back once to fix it after the job, but did not fix the leak. When I asked them to come again as the original problem was still occurring, I was told no because, they only come back one time to fix problems. Really?? Well, I'll only hire them one time too!
