Maid at the Beach came to clean my home a few weeks ago. They didn’t show for our initial scheduled time, but came a few hours later after we called asking where they were. I paid for a “deep clean,” but considered what was performed a poor surface clean. Base boards had visible dirt from our dog still on them, blinds with dust, shower walls untouched. However, they did make flowers out of the toilet paper and bow ties out of tissue boxes. If you’re looking for a true clean where you don’t just end up re-cleaning your home, this is not it. In the past 12 months they have been a no show 5 times. Never an apology, never the decency to call and inform they will be late or unable to come, and always quick with excuses when questioned. I don't blame the staff - they are good. It's the owner Dan who is absolutely horrible at managing his operations and clients. Don't make the mistake we did - go with a different company.

I called Maid at the Beach a few days ago because my old cleaning lady was unreliable and I needed some houses cleaned in a quick manner. I spoke with Jenny and she eased my worries a great deal. She scheduled my cleans for the next day (3 houses to be move in ready) and I was shocked, everyone else I called said a week minimum. It took 4 people a few hours to clean the houses and let me tell you, they were CLEAN! I plan on using Maid at the Beach in the future and would recommend them to any of my friends and plan to!
