$40,000 worth of damage they say they're not responsible for yet they are the people that did the roof and did not secure it properly, as it rained that night in my roof fell in. We personally added a patio cover and that was their excuse that our signed contract was No good. Then they had the audacity to send a bill for $500 run from this company. Thank God for home insurance

Highly Recommend!! Buying a house and the inspector discovered the roof had prior hail damage. Ryan from 3 Kings promptly came out and confirmed. The homeowners filed a claim and graciously agreed to use 3 Kings to do the replacement and allow us to pick the new roof. Ryan coordinated everything between us, the sellers and the insurance company. Ryan made some suggestions on which roof would give us the most protection and curb appeal anyone could ask for in a new roof. The job was done on schedule, on time and without any issues. Their sales guy would not stop pestering my family after I made it clear the answer was an absolute NO. They would park their monster truck on the side of the roadway in our neighborhood for weeks after a storm hunting down my neighbors and harassing them too. This is not good business! Stay away...

We had 3 Kings Roofing out to repair a big hole in our roof right over the front door area. Some animal had a hay day tearing open the roof. They were very prompt responding to our call even though it was a small job for them. They covered the hole using a substantial tarp. (in case of rain and to deter the animal) They were out the next day or day after and had the hole repaired and the new shingles installed. The crew cleaned-up after themselves upon completion. We were completely satisfied with their performance.

I researched and interviewed multiple roofing contractors. 3 Kings Roofing was the best full-service, honest, reliable company in the North Dallas area. Aaron Rogers managed multiple repairs on my home after a hail storm as well many of the homes in my neighborhood and everyone in my family. ***** for 5 Kings Roofing and ***** for Aaron Rogers! 3 Kings took care of my home after a hail storm did major damage to the roof, gutters and windows. The sales guy thoroughly explained the process to me and even met my insurance adjuster to make sure nothing went overlooked. 3 Kings acted as the General Contractor for the entire project, making sure things were done correctly and efficiently. They had a supervisor on-site to manage the job from start to finish. I have recommended them to my friends and family to take care of their needs as well.
