This company went above and beyond for me! My fiancé and I have been house hunting for some time now and we recently found a home that we put an offer on that was accepted. Fadi Haboush and his team are superb. Fadi is knowledgeable about anything related to foundation. He will come and take a look and detect any and all discrepancies in previous waterproofing work and/or amateur structural repairs. He is top notch and recommended by all the top Realtors in the city for a reason. If we see a crack or water intrusion while walking a property, I’ll text him a picture and he’ll give me an honest answer right away. Fadi is incredibly knowledgeable about foundations and structural issues. As a real estate investor I depend on quality contractors like The Foundation Specialists. On one project I had Fadi come out to provide a price and opinion; after receiving the engineers report I found that Fadi had already provided me with the same information and solution as the engineer. They also did repair work on my personal residence. They were professional, timely and did a great job. You may need to wait to be scheduled but the end result is worth your wait.

Please call them first! I learned the hard way and called a structural engineer that wrote a report that made my house sound like it was sliding away and his recommended repairs would not only have cost thousands it would have been a very difficult repair due to power lines.
My chest was tight for days so based on a referral we called Foundation Specialist and Fadi to the rescue! He checked our home with his level AND he actually checked our upstairs and the back of the house which the structural engineer did not! He found that we did NOT have the movement as the structural engineer had mentioned

Fadi is known amongst us real estate agents as the "foundation whisperer". He's the most knowledgeable foundation expert I know in Cincinnati. My clients and I have sought out his assistance.
