Another amazing experience with Krystal Klean! We had to cancel our appointment last minute, and Gabby was able to set us up with another appointment immediately. The team arrived right on time, and left our house absolutely spotless.

Update: August 22, 2020: after using this company in June we hired them for a townhome in Centreville. They arrived timely and worked professionally and quickly. Both places were about the same overall square footage but the second place has 2 extra bathrooms and is on three levels. The work was very good. They did miss a few blinds and the 2 wall air vents which was noticeable but the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the floors nicely done. I wouldn't downgrade my rating a full star based on the mistakes but I would have asked them to do them had I been in the unit during the cleaning

Krystal Clean is amazing. They arrive on time and are very friendly. They are attentive to my requests & clean everything thoroughly. Best part, they are pet friendly and let the dogs roam while they clean! It makes my heart so happy that they take the time to fold my pups blanket in their crate. I feel comfortable with them cleaning while I am home, and I would feel totally trusting if I wasn't home. Would recommend them again and again.

We used Krystal Clean for a move out cleaning service and they were fantastic. They spent about 6 hours on site and cleaned every nook and cranny in the place. They cleaned everything - appliances, drawers, baseboards, and even swept the garage. Can't recommend them enough, especially at the price they charged.

I am SO impressed with Krystal Clean. I was going to clean my apartment myself but decided last minute to have someone do it. I requested a quote Thursday night and asked to be scheduled Friday. They were so accommodating and got me in right away. This was a deep move out clean. They cleaned baseboards, doors, windows, all appliances inside and out, all cabinets inside and out, in addition to what a standard cleaning has. The two ladies that came to my home did a fantastic move in clean. They spent four hours in my 1,800 square foot home and there wasn't even furniture there yet. They deep cleaned my oven, my microwave, wiped down the base boards, and all my cabinets. All thother companies I spoke with were going to charge extra for those items. They had the best price for a deep clean of the five companies I reached out to. They were also great with my two dogs. They all met and then the ladies cleaned while I worked on a different floor. Krystal Clean did a really great job of cleaning my newly purchased condo before I moved in. They cleaned everything from the kitchen cabinets to the tile and floors. They were able to accommodate me for a last minute cleaning and even arrived early on a Saturday morning. I would definitely use them again.

Amazing!!! Krystal Clean helped me with a deep clean as some roommates were moving in/out and they were truly life savers! The ladies were very polite, efficient, timely, and truly did a wonderful job. They had excellent customer service, very reachable by cell phone and sent me text updates as our appointment approached. Our house looks brand new! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING KRYSTAL CLEAN! I used Krystal Clean for a move out service. The ladies were AMAZING! They cleaned everything so good! I was so impressed. They were thorough and also efficient. Not only were they great cleaners but they were great humans! I recently had foot surgery and every time I tried to move anything the ladies were right there doing it for me. Quality people!!! Also they adapted to a last minute time change in my appointment which allowed me to leave town much earlier.

Pamela and her company are AMAZING! Their quote is incredibly affordable and competitive. Their staff in charge of communication, Devy, was incredibly communicative and patient with every question. I even requested they send me pictures of the completed job before I issued payment. Talk about high maintenance, but they complied without complaint and actually with pleasure! Pamela and her team were super professional and provided a great service! They were quite flexible in terms of setting up appointment time and reached my apartment just before the time. I had a move out cleaning service from them and they did superb job cleaning each and every corner of the apartment. I would highly recommend them for cleaning service, especially for move out cleaning.
