While they are knowledgeable about solar power, their installation electricians are a different story. First we had ceiling damage from a leak in our brand new roof where the electrician failed to seal a bolt hole. Now we've got an inoperable system where squirrels have chewed through the loose wires on the roof. Their installers don't seem to know about putting wires in conduit.

Creative Solar was very thorough in their sales process that translated to their install and communication throughout. The only downside which was of no fault to Creative Solar is the timeliness (or lack thereof) of Southern Company/Georgia Power in getting a witness test.
I was very pleased with the proposal and the value it promises.
The workmanship is top notch and when they couldn't do what we had discussed due to a roof beam in the way they came to me and we talked about work-arounds. They listened and the compromise is perfect.

The Covid virus caused various unavoidable delays in my installation, but Creative Solar staff were great about keeping me informed and about keeping my installation on track. In the face of covid and all kinds of delays, Creative Solar has been forthcoming w/ delays and willing to adjust their prices for failure to deliver in timelines promised. This is without any complaints from my end as I understand, "things happen". I'm still waiting on my Tesla Powerwalls, but Creative Solar gave me the option to have my panels installed while waiting on batteries even though this comes at an extra cost to them. Basically what I'm trying to say is that Creative Solar bends over backwards for their customers out of their own initiative. I cannot recommend them enough.

I purchased a whole house solar system from Creative Solar USA. Everyone at the company was thoroughly professional. They listen and are responsive. Workers are thoughtful of the homeowner. The reps I dealt with were exceptional in their communication. Buying and installing a solar system was a bigger and more complicated project than I expected and you need a vendor whom you trust and like, and whom you can count on to do the right thing, and to talk you thru things as they unfold. For me that was Creative Solar USA and I highly recommend them.

Creative Solar installed our home solar panels and did an outstanding job. There work crews were very professional and kept us updated on there progress. They were also very courteous. The company has always kept us updated on when to expect crews to show up. We are waiting on our Tesla batteries to be delivered (delays due to COVID ) and having the system completed

Great company, would **absolutely** work with them again in the future. If you're buying solar, I 100% recommend you reach out to Chaia Lewis there to start that process.

Everyone I worked with at Creative Solar was kind, helpful, and professional - but like other reviewers here, my install too many, many months longer than was initially planned, and I felt as though nothing happened unless I got in touch multiple times to pester someone about it. Since the delays caused my available tax benefits from the solar install to be reduced, they offered (without me asking) to make up that difference by discounting the cost, and I really appreciate that. That said, it doesn't make up the expenses I paid for electricity during the months where my system wasn't installed

The whole Creative team was a pleasure to work with. and since our federal government refuses to address the issue (for the moment), Creative Solar is one tool in the toolbox for Atlantans to take personal responsibility

We had solar panels installed on our roof three years ago. The Creative Solar team was great-- from assessment to installation- they made the process easy and also provided all the paperwork necessary for the tax credits. The projections were accurate and we've enjoyed significant savings on our electric bills every since. Highly recommended.
