Company tried to sell me an entire new system when i asked for the condenser fins to be combed and repaired. Service tech said it couldn't be done. Called another company out and they were able to repair the fins as the unit was working fine. Talked to the "manager" as sheso rudely was insistent to collect on a $110 service fee and although i explained that their tech wasn't willing to do what was requested. Pictures are before and after

If you want an AC service with competitive pricing and employees with integrity, go to Cannon Bros, especially if you need repair on an older AC unit. The repair man that they sent out did not try to sell me anything I did not need and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of what each repair would bring along with the costs associated. I had Brian come by my house and he did a great job repairing my AC system and got everything finished in an hour. If you need a recharge on R22 freon they are the guys to call. When they came to my house they only charged $50 per lb to fill my system. compair

We are very pleased with the "top-notch" technicians who have worked on our heating/a.c. unit for the past several years. They are very professional and respond quickly-even though we reside an hour from their shop. Glad that we saw their TV commercial and gave them a phone call. Their company motto states, "Your comfort is our passion" and they truly live up to that.

Great service. They really helped us out on our crawlspace encapsulation.
We have an older system and the remodel guys (not Cannon Bros) took out more ducting than was anticipated. Conner and guys were more than helpful in getting us back up and operational.
They were very professional and kept us informed throughout the project.
As a follow up our blower unit went out not long after the project was wrpped up.
Cannon Bros. again came to our rescuse.

Ed from Cannon Bros AC & Heat knew exactly how to fix our issue. We turned on the AC for the first time and smelled gas from the vents, which was very alarming. Cannon Bros sent someone out same-day to check it out and within 5 minutes, Ed (who was friendly and professional) found the source of the issue and fixed it. Appreciate the team sending someone out quickly and resolving it!

I have used Cannon Brothers for several years and really liked the professionalism of Brian. Unfortunately, today I didn't get Brian.
I did get a tech completely shrouded in cigarette smoke, and I got to see his entire bottom.
The first thing he did when I showed him the HVAC units, was to break the cutoff switch on the wall, and then tell me "I can come out after working hours to fix that for $100." I declined, and I'm not sure he is a licensed electrician.
This visit I was charged $110. " just for (him) knocking on my door" (that's what he told me) and another $110 for the 1 hour he was here

Have used them for years. Was always satisfied. Tech showed up last week for summer tune-up, no mask, no awareness of obvious problem. I'm elderly and their complete lack of concern resulted in our parting of the ways. How could they be so oblivious?

A/C went out. The customer service on the phone making the appointment was excellent. The technician was prompt and polite. He replaced the parts that needed replacing and I was charged a fair price. Very happy and I will call them again.

I had called them to come fix my ac and they couldnt make it so i had rescheduled the next day... they came and fixed the fan that charged me $500 and it still doesnt work.. he said oh imma come back to fix it tomorrow which he show back but never finish his job and left without a words ... so i had called and complain ,another guy came and try to put everything together , couldnt fix.. he said he will talk to the boss and tell the boss to call me back .. nobody ever call me back to talk to me.. charged me $500 for nothing .. this is bs.. i am not recommended this place.. dont waste ur money..

I called Wednesday morning and was told they were full and could not get to us, but they ended up calling my husband to say a tech was on the way. The tech, I think his name was Brian, was very nice and professional. He fixed the problem in no time and at a much cheaper price than another HVAC company quoted me. I would highly recommend calling Cannon Bros before any other HVAC company!

They were recommended by a friend who had used them for years. My ductwork was destroyed when a raccoon got in my attic. Their bid was considerably lower than the other firms. I checked their work and researched how ductwork should be installed. They exceed my expectations. I recommended them to someone in my church and Cannon’s price for a new unit was below their other bids and they got the top of the line brand unit. I also had them come out to fix a problem with my cold air returns not covered by my home warranty. They charged me less than the technician who was there wanted to charge for

We called Cannon to look at our A/C unit which wasn't blowing cold 1 day after having a horrible experience with Smith Mechanical, who never opened the unit but told us compressor needed to be replaced, and it would cost 3 times online quotes.
Barry from Cannon was polite, thorough, and fixed our problem (capacitor and low freon) in the same day.
We will definitely be a return customer.

We built a new home in 2010 that had two (2) of their Goodman units and we added a third ductless unit in our garage the year later and made it into a rec room for a total of three (3). This company has always given us dependable service and has been more than fair in pricing. Going to get them to add a unit into my sons home shortly and that should say all that one would need to know. Good people here.
