I have always used them, from the Boss to all the co-workers, they are competent, professional, personable, time-oriented & follow up with me when promised. They are enjoyable to be around. They are a trustworthy Company & I highly recommend them to all who need these specific services.Their acumen is “Excellence”in their area of expertise. Hitchcock heating&air was on time, the professionalism and courtesy was above reproach. The technician was a young man named Andrew and he was outstanding. His knowledge of the job was unquestionably the best I've seen. He was polite, professional and overall an example all could follow. I highly recommend Hitchcock heating&air and if needed I will certainly use them again as they are highly skilled and dependable.

I am so pleased with the work we just had done by this company! We needed a whole new heating and air unit and extensive vent work. TJ came out and gave us several estimates to cover our needs. They were on time, very organized and kept us informed of how everything was going. Everything was well cleaned and all debris taken care of. The new air is wonderful! Thank you so much TJ!

I made an appointment with them to look at my current ac/heating system and to give me an estimate on what it would be to replace them. TJ came out and throughly explained everything about what I had and what they would do. He sent me 4 estimates within a couple days and I then called him with some questions. He took his time explaining the difference in systems and helped me choose what work best. I was pleasantly surprised when the unit came in within not even a week so we set the day for install.
