I cannot say enough good things about Levet Construction. Let me start with COVID. My project was supposed to start the same week we went into lock down and although not much was happening they stayed in communication and did what they could when they could.
As soon as the city opened up the work on my ADU began. They worked quickly to get the job done, and never came up short when it came to making sure I was happy. My ADU is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I will be using them for sure for any future home projects and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I just converted my garage into a one bedroom unit last week. I met with 3 different contractors and the prices were more or less the same. Levet, however had everyone in house and had the most professional presentation. They started the project about 3 months ago with the city and got all the plans and permits and finished the job last week. I'm happy there were no change orders as one of my neighbors also had his garage done with someone else and the change orders killed him. I definitely recommend Levet to anyone looking to convert a garage.

After 15 years of having window AC's in our 3-bedroom home we saw an ad from Levet and contacted them. They had someone stop by and explain the process and the financing. After that we met with a few other AC installers and finally decided to move forward with Levet. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable too compared to the others. So far we're loving the system and the Wifi Nest thermostat they installed . It got some getting used to at first since it was too high tech for my parents but now that we're used to it and know how it works, we're loving

I can't believe I waited this long to get an Air Condition system for my home. Price has always been an issue with me when making large purchases. Levet provided financing options to help me get a new cool air for my home. With a small monthly payment I can now enjoy my hot days in Socal and sleep comfortably at nights in a cool bedroom
