Horrible Company! Neighbors are installing a pool and they block my driveway I've told them 3 times and now they have been blocking my mailbox and was told by my Mail-carrier He is going to stop delivery if the the trailer is blocking the mailbox! We were looking into a pool but we will NEVER use this company! I adore my neighbors and would be sick if they were inconvenience at all with blocked driveways and mail service. They can park all their trucks across the street and it doesn't inconvenience anyone. This project started weeks ago and we have 8 more to go!

Had a great initial experience with Anchor pools. Positive conversation on the phone and great site visit with Alan. Alan was thorough and informative. Took measurements of my site and pictures for the owner Bill. My site being a difficult one was of concern to Alan but said Bill would get back to us. Alan got back to me and said that they were willing to move forward. I was told that for the next step I would need to get a new survey and elevation certificate. I did this as quickly as I could with a surveyor they recommended. I had also provided an old survey that provided the same information

Bill, Bob and everyone at Anchor Pools were Great from the planning thru the building of our pool. They coordinated everything from tearing down the old lanai to getting the cage installed. Everything went by the numbers and the weather cooperated. Bill helped us pick the perfect pool for our yard and Bob was onsite before and after each stage making sure things were right. Thank You very much for building our little piece of paradise.

You are not important to this company unless you have already signed a contract with them. Was basically told my inquiry to get a quote didnt matter since I was not under contract with them and they only focus on customers who are ready to start their project now.
Communication is terrible and they are rude when you call them on it. If that is any indication, the pool building experience or if there was ever a problem would not be good.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this pool company. They did a complete pool project for me and from start to finish it was smooth, the best experience I've had with any company since retiring in Florida. From Bill getting the project started to Bob getting it finished, it was easy. The office folks were wonderful too, with Pam helping me make tile and finish selections to Deb and Miguel helping me with paperwork my HOA needed. All the workers in between were well mannered, pleasant and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I understood. If you are looking for a company

I'm writing this as I'm staring at our gorgeous pool/spa/ and panoramic cage. We reached out and received quotes for over a year, finally deciding on a build with Anchor. So glad that we did as we couldn't be happier! Alan was our sales rep and he always answered any questions we had and helped us get the ball rolling. All the construction crews were friendly and courteous. Bob, the project manager was very informative and frequently here to make sure things were going okay. Pam and the office staff were also very helpful and always responsive! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Have waited over a month and half for pricing after deciding on a pool and hot tub design. I have yet to receive a price and just keep getting dragged another week and another week. So, I guess probably not the pool company to go with since they have no consideration for a persons time. It's just a shame because I heard great things about this pool company but clearly they don't need the business and like to waste a persons time after a month and a half. I wish I could leave a negative star.

I have been waiting for years for an Anchor Pool. Honestly my father Bob Holland and his long time business partner Bill Tolson are the owners... But that put to the side, me, my wife, kids, family and friends are in love with this beauty of a pool. The quality, customer service & fair price of this company seem to be unmatched. I live in a new development & had architectural inconveniences and county easements they were able to overcome & develop. Many of my neighbors were amazed how quick this project was completed and the quality of the finished product... Thank you very much to the whole Anchor

Anchor Pools is the most professional pool business we have ever worked with. From first visit with Salesman Allen to the build with Bob and the interaction with owner/manager Bill. When we went to the office to pick colors, tile and deck finish we had help from Pam who is excellent with color coordination. They gave an estimate of 8-10 weeks and finished well within that time frame. Would and have recommended them.

Over the years we have used a number of contractors for various projects, but as I said to one of the owners when our pool was completed a week ago: "I've never been involved in a two month project such as this one where, on at least one occasion, we didn't get upset with the contractor." Well, there was not one time when we were disappointed in the slightest with Anchor. One of the owners, Bill, was excellent

I would HIGHLY recommend Anchor Pools to anyone with pool needs. I have never owned a pool and Bill and Bob were both extremely informative and helped tremendously throughout the process. I had an idea of what I wanted for my pool/spa and they took the idea and made it even better than I could have expected.
