Ok, so let me say that I am not the type to usually leave a review. With that being said, my doing so here is a testament to my positive opinion of this company.
On Sunday 8/22/21, I didn't think my AC was working properly. It appeared to be taking way too long to make temperature. Having seen Mike's Bremen trucks around and knowing they are local I reached out via text on their website at 6:47PM. At 7:02 PM I received a response from Debbie who not only asked about my availability on Monday 8/23/21 but made several inquiries and suggestions as to what might simply be the issue and a few things

90ﾟday and my air conditioning was not working. I called Mike's Breman and they were out within an hour The technician replaced a part and fixed it. 2 years ago I came home from Florida to find my furnace was not working. They came right out and replaced my 20 year old furnace. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to use someone local to fix our oven. Found Mikes in Mokena, made an appointment. Was told my repairman would call in morning and confirm time, he called shortly after 8:00am, said he’d be here between 1 and 3pm. Unfortunately I had another appointment that day with my car dealer at 3:30, so I had to leave shortly before 3, and before repairman was there. But my oldest daughter was there with her baby. Mike showed up, called me, explained the problem, said he had the parts to fix it, and how much, I told him to go ahead, and he was done and gone before I got back home! Oven works great

I was concerned about my AC unit. I called, spoke with Deb and she immediately knew what the issue was. She gave me steps to confirm and repair the issue myself before they dispatched a member of their team.
They easily could have charged a fee to come look at the problem, charged a premium because it was the weekend.
Instead, they gave me advice and walked me through how to prevent the issue.
Although they may not have asked for payment for anything this time around, they've certainly gained a lifelong customer.
