Sarasota Gate & Access provides our community timely and professional support for one of the most complex gate systems in our area. Their technicians had to come up to speed quickly for us when we had to find a new service provider, and they did so. Jason, in particular, is superb! Sarasota Gate and Access is the real deal. I have had the pleasure to see them in action. They are very knowledgeable with access controls. They have a very creative team to design multiple options on almost impossible projects. They are precise, and they can also give options for maintenance plans and repairs for anything they did not install. This is revolutionary. Sarasota Gate was prompt in responding to our malfunctioning gate emergency. My prior gate company would always push me off for a week before they could even come out to diagnose the problem.
The owner, John, accompanied the tech and said that the company's philosophy is to respond to the customer as soon as possible, even if the repair can't be done that day. This approach allows the technician to diagnose the problem and order any parts necessary to eliminate the amount of time to get the gate back online.
