I had the pleasure of working with Sa'id. He is extensively knowledgeable and passionate in his profession. He will always be transparent in the work needed to repair or clean your rugs. Speaking with him, you'll understand his ardor for quality and decor. The shop is a plethora of designs and sizes to fit your home. Came in 2 years ago and couldn't decide on a rug. They offered to ring them all so I could see them in my home. They brought them and I only ended up buying one small (I believe it's 5x7) "antique" rug. About six months later, my dog got to the corner. I simply covered that corner with furniture until today, I decided to load it up and carry it back to Tabriz because their sign says "cleaning and repair". My pregnant self lugged it inside and I rolled it. The owner immediately began to shut me down. I tried to explain that I wanted to repair it and later was considering

"Perfection"....everyone has their perspective. My perspective ranges from superb quality products (Tabriz), to superb knowledge of the products (Tabriz), fabulous choices/all different sizes (Tabriz), Superior Customer Service (Tabriz). I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! I am SO pleased with their service. Our gorgeous (and quite expensive) 8x10 area rug was the victim of two dogs (one of which weighs over 130 lbs.) and a toddler (whose destruction leads one to believe he too must weigh over 130 lbs.). Not only were there urine (gross, I know...so sorry, but trying to provide information for others in a comparable situation!) and other stains on/in the rug, but the dogs had chewed the sides so that they were torn and frayed. It smelled terrible and looked terrible--I was ready to throw it out. However, my
