BAD DRIVER BEHAVIOR!!!
Today is Wednesday, August 18 2021.
I was merging onto route 141 north to go to my dentist appointment. I had my turn signal on and noticed that the cement mixer to my left would not let me merge onto the road.
I finally got on the road, and I just let it go but, when I got next to the cement truck the driver stuck his arm out the window and gave me the finger for no reason at all.
He then proceeded to speed up, got in front of me then started to slow down.
I got tired of him driving really slow in front of me so I tried to pass him. As I was passing him he slowly moved
