Victor quoted me 50 dollars to plumb my cartridge filter. Came back the next day to do the work the next day. Came back with 3 fittings and proceeded to charge me 190 dollars for labor, trip fee an extra person charge because he brought someone with him and had no problems changing the price without informing me first. Do not use shady AF.

Installed a new pool in July, have been using this company since then, thought they were doing their job. I initially complained after a month because tech wasn't cleaning the baskets. Then after a few more months I noticed my pool starting to turn color after no chemicals were being added for 6 weeks! If anyone is looking for a pool service company i suggest everyone to do their research on company's they are hire. I was suggested Blue Koi Pool Care and After many many month of great service my tech was removed and replaced with a new one where i had nothing but problems from not testing equipment to cleaning my filter on my deck and rinsing all the DE into the landscape rock i was forced into collections 5 days after i sent an email canceling my service. I was then issued a $25 late fee after being threatened with collections. On top of that i have had to deal with one of the more unprofessional

Being the owner of a house with a pool was very overwhelming for us when we first moved in. We initially found a pool company that was located in the neighborhood but were quickly dissatisfied with his service. Then one of my neighbors recommended Blue Koi Pool Care. They show up on time every week and do an excellent job of caring for our pool. They answer any questions we have, and are very professional and courteous. Our pool has never looked better and i would highly recommend Blue Koi to anyone needing pool maintenance.

Pool service started off good then after a few months service drastically declined. Pool began getting cloudy, filter was not backwashed on a regular basis. Technician showed up one day after a storm and just left and did not perform service. Pictures attached. Then I received my monthly invoice on 10/31 and on 11/1 one day later began receiving messages about paying and then on the 2nd two days later he tried to charge me a $25 late fee. I paid this invoice 2 days after it was due and victor never returned to service my pool not even a message saying he was not longer going to maintain my pool

Wow and wow! Blue Koi Pool Care cleaned our calcium line on our pool tile and caulked the perimeter! They were prompt, friendly and professional. The owner, Victor, knows his stuff! They were great at first. But then we noticed they stopped coming once a week and started coming maybe once every 2 weeks. It's pretty easy to tell when you're working from home who comes through the home. Then they raised their prices. After this we decided to cancel. They didn't tell us that we had to pay the month we canceled in(not sure how that works considering we're paying for a month we're not getting service). Instead of waiting 1 day for us to reply and look into when we last paid, They continued to harass us and text us awful things threatening us for 80$. 80

I hired Victor to do an acid wash on my neglected pool. I called several pool companies for a quote and decided to go with Victor because he was responsive and friendly. He could also fit us in his schedule quickly. We were very impressed by his work, he even came back several days in a row once it was filled to make sure the chemicals were back in balance. We have since hired Victor for regular service because I can't take care of my pool anymore due to surgery. We have been very happy with his service and attention to detail.
