Worst workmanship I have ever seen from a contractor!! Basically, everything we asked him not to do he did anyway & then went on to tell us he works for "himself" Don't hire Dennis expecting customer service because he if very quick to tell you he will do the job the way he wants to do it. Dumped 13000 gallons of salt/chemical pool water directly over our well, tile job was so sloppy and was obvious he didn't care about quality of workmanship after he got our money (see photos). Also never had any issues with him answering his phone or replying to a text until we asked him to fix very noticeable

Dennis helped us with a pool redesign/overhaul and automation. There were unfortunate issues (outside Dennis’ control) with the equipment that the vendor’s tech support wasn’t terribly helpful on, which made it time consuming for Dennis, as a result, to troubleshoot without good guidance. But he stuck with it and worked to figure out things that should’ve been handled by the equipment’s tech support, and now it’s FANTASTIC! A true oasis that was JUST want we wanted when we entered into this “overhaul”. We could NOT be happier, and you will be too in trusting the dedication of Dennis

In February 2020 we contracted Dennis Misuraca of Sparklebrite pools to completely refurbish our 16 year old pool. Dennis gave us a professional and knowledgeable estimate with options for various cement finishes and tile choices. We felt Dennis was trying to save us money instead of getting us to do unnecessary work as other estimates had. After debating, we decided to go with the upgraded Pebble Tech International (PTI) finish. We chose tile and Dennis expertly accomplished the tile work personally. I own my own business and was helping my client get several estimates for various projects to get her multi acre property and pool back up to snuff after years of neglect.
I called Dennis after finding his company on Nextdoor and he was able to come out the same day for an estimate.
This pool was in exceptionally bad shape, green with a lot of vegetation and small fish plus 4 huge bullfrogs during clean out... bad. He arrived at 11am and left at 7pm today and the pool is completely cleaned and emptied and is currently refilling with water. My clients were ecstatic at the results and the pool

I contacted this company on Thumback. They canceled 3 times my appointment like 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. Kathy was so aggressive, that was a wake up call for me. If they are bad with customers when you start the process what will happen after you paid for the service? Thanks God I did not hire them for my pool renovation. 8000 dollars job went to other serious company. You do no cancel appt 15 mins before to the app time. They love to waste your time.

Sparkle Brite gave me a quote, and we set the date when service was supposed to start, but after two weeks, I realized my pool was not getting cleaned. I called on a Friday, and Kathy apologized and said she would have someone there first thing Monday, but when I got home Monday evening, my pool was still grimy. I called again, but I just got voice mail, so I left a message. Kathy never returned my call. I then tried calling the number on the website, but I got a recording that the number was no longer in service. I had to urgently scramble to find another pool service before my pool turned green
