I set up an appointment and scheduled it. The day before they called to reschedule. I was very disappointed because it was for drier vent cleaning and we had scheduled for the drier to be installed later that same day. I told them I did not want to reschedule but to keep the appointment as it was initially scheduled and also verified just the day before. The man I spoke with actually started yelling at me and then when I asked him to stop yelling at me he hung up on me.

Cliff and his team did an amazing job cleaning the ducts in my house. Great communication and I loved seeing the before and after photos. My house already smells cleaner! Cliff went above and beyond when he found water in my basement, cleaning it up and setting up a fan to dry the area! I highly recommend A1 duct cleaning!

I would highly recommend Cliff and team. It's a family run business and Cliff was very professional and polite. They walked me through the entire process which made me feel comfortable. The rate is per duct and they had the best prices around. They did an incredibly thorough job cleaning and then disinfected the ducts. They provide before and after pictures and walk you through any issues or problems you should be aware of. Cliff went so far as to leave a bit of materials so we could patch a duct that had issues.

Cliff & Cliff Jr were outstanding! They were and went above and beyond our expectations. Prompt, thorough, clean, informative offering added value ideas for efficiency. They spent six un-interrupted hours leaving before & after, camera picture proof, results. Our research offered their pricing to be hundreds lower than "the big guys" while using the same technology and equipment. Anything like this starts with trust and communication. From the first call, answered by Cliff's wife, you knew this was to be a first in class family business. You will not get better service and value... !

These guys were awesome. We bought a house and discovered the ducts hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. Our baby has eczema so she needs clean air coming through the vents. So we called A1. They took our disgustingly dirty vent system and made it totally clean. They even went above and beyond, patching some areas in our duct system. I feel so much more comfortable knowing our daughter will be breathing in clean air!

A-1 was fabulous to work with!! They were so nice in the whole scheduling and coordinating process (we had to switch dates a few times to accommodate the closing on the house we were buying that needed ducts cleaned). Cliff and Cliff showed up on time, were two of the nicest service providers I've had in my home and did a really thorough job. They showed me before and after pictures of my vents and it is like I have a new duct system. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have ducts cleaned!!
