From the moment we first walked in the door and met Marissa, we knew that this was the place that was going to do our kitchen work. Robert Burns came out to measure, told us it would be about two weeks for countertops and two weeks later, they were there installing them. They also did an outstanding job on our backsplash. Our kitchen looks like it should be in magazines! Thank you Burns Woodworking!

My wife contacted Burns Woodworking today with an issue with our quartz countertop that was installed in our NEW home 2019. The person on the phone was very condescending and abrasive to her. She refused to assist and did not want to pass my wife to the owner (Robert Burns) nor provide his number to contact him. The quartz countertop on the island is cloudy and looks smudged and does not have a normal shine as the other counter tops do. My wife wanted to speak with someone to understand what the issue may be and what could be done to remedy.

Burns was OUTSTANDING from the very first moment. Desirey & Marissa were knowledgeable and patient with us. Everyone fron the guy that did the measurements to the patch up man at the very end were awesome. However, a very special note for the installers (Angel & Calvin), the plumber & electrician, who returned a second time, (sorry, forgot their names), the tile man, Lee (came back to finish on a Saturday) were masters in their field. The job came in on time and on budget and we would not hesitate to use Burns again. Thank you for a job well done.
