Born into an Army Special Operations Aviation family, I have always been taught the significance of the details. In every aspect of life, striving to make things the best they can be has always been one of my priorities. As the founder of Maverick Moving Company, that has always been the core of the company; not simply prioritizing excellence but rather what is excellent to you.
This mantra is reinforced on a regular basis among our staff because unlike other moving companies, management doesn't sit back in the office and shy away from hard work. We lead by example and get things done the way they should be. We can't be everywhere but we can be anywhere. We assure we're able to be right by your side through every step of your move, no matter how big or how small.
Upon Graduating from the University of Florida with degrees in Biochemistry and Physics, I never would have imagined that soon after I would be full time co-owner of a moving company. Maverick has become much more than a just a job to me.

Our professional and experienced movers will handle and pack your possessions with the utmost care. If it's valuable to you, it's valuable to us. Ever try carrying a grand piano? Leave it to our trained staff to safely move your large and heavy items so you don't have to. Protect your furniture from start to finish by allowing our workers to disassemble and reassemble furniture for you.

By far, Maverick Moving Company is considered one of the most professional, efficient and effective businesses in Alachua County. I was tasked with finding same day movers at the very last minute, and they did everything possible to make it work for me! Ryan personally took it upon himself to find me the best possible rate and was so professional and attentive. These guys are awesome - please keep them in mind for future moves!!

Ryan and his team were fun, professional, and worked their TAILS off all day to get the move done! Not a single item was broken, and they moved some big, heavy items including a Green Egg grill and an upright piano. I was impressed. Highly recommend!

We had to call last minute for a move on the same day (conflict with another mover) and Ryan accommodated us and had a crew there by 2pm! The guys were fantastic! They were so friendly and efficient and took extra care of all of our furniture. This was no small move either. We had a 26 ft truck packed full and had 3 different locations on property to unload items. They worked tirelessly and arranged things in the apartment just the way we wanted also. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, work ethic, and friendliness! Just made the move so effortless! Definitely will use these guys again

Maverick Moving Co has great and personable movers who are committed to getting the details right. The movers communicated their schedule to me and were agreeable to last minute additions to the move. They worked hard and efficiently. They made sure I was happy with where my furniture was throughout the move. Jackson and his teammate were exceptional. When there was a small billing error at the end, Ryan worked to immediately resolve it. I would happily move with this company again!

WOW! Can't say enough about Quan and Tray! This energetic duo have an amazing positive attitude, are respectful, polite, and considerate. We were impressed by their speed, but more importantly their desire to please and get the job done. They were focused and made a great team. They are driven young men and we would use them again and again. Thank you Ryan for putting us together and THANK YOU Quan and Tray for making our apartment to house move easy! Very efficient, polite and stayed on task. We used them to unload our moving truck when we arrived in Florida. They contacted me letting me know of approximate arrival time and then again when they were about 10 to 15 minutes to our destination. Great group of strong men who knew how to move furniture and boxes. I would highly recommend!! Thank you Ryan, Tray, and Peter - great job!!

I used this company just this week, and I had a fantastic experience. I spoke around and got quotes from several other companies but the owner, Ryan was by far the most reasonably priced and able to work with our hectic schedule. I needed to move out my boyfriend's apartment and my apartment (both on the second floor) into our place together (unfortunately also on the second floor) before the daily afternoon rains in the Gainesville summer.
