Products are pretty similar across the brands. What distinguishes Hot Springs are the dealers like Bear Dance Spas. From original sale, installation on the rooftop (including contracting the crane), to now over one year of weekly service, as Greg, another reviewer, said it best - small enough for personal touch and care, large enough for any spa job. The most overpriced place on the planet. Extremely unhelpful. Operate as they have a monopoly on the whole Fraser valley. Circulation pump was 139 online. They wanted 289 for same exact pump. Bought next one up in size from Spa Man in granby for 190, tax included. Basically same price as everyone else. When I bought my hot tub it was $4000 more from them than having it delivered from Denver. I would carry my tub on my back to Denver before I would give them a dime. If you have money to burn and bad service is your thing, this is the place for you!

We bought a hot springs rhythm from Bear Dance Spas a year ago. It is awesome. It runs flawlessly. I have been pleasantly surprised to see that the energy cost is less than I expected. I have a friend who services tubs in Denver who told me to buy a hot springs because they are the best...and now I believe he was right.
We rent our place and have seen a dramatic increase in the rental demand. Rex has been very easy and reasonable to work with. I'd recommend them for anyone in grand county.

My step- son just moved to Fraser and acquired a hot tub. It had been serviced every two weeks by Bear Dance. It was making an odd noise and we noticed one of the air lines was fried. He went by the Bear Dance Spa store and the person there berated the hot tub and said he needed to make a service call to see what was wrong. A service call was scheduled but the spa tech do not show up and did not call. Needless to say they are very disappointed with Bear Dance Spas.

We had recently bought a home in Winterpark and stopped into Bear Dance on our way to the paint store. We didn't expect to buy a spa that day but the prices and service we received from Shannon were excellent. Before we knew it we were buying a new 7 person Hot Spring. They told us that they could come over that day,a Saturday mind you, to take a look at the setup and since we already had a pad, could have it installed and ready for us that Friday before we came back up. Sure enough, we drove back up that Friday with an amazing spa running just in time for our friends visiting.

We purchased our Hot Springs Spa almost 10 years ago from Bear Dance Spas. We also have another brand hot tub at another home. Our Hot Springs spa is a much better spa! It stays clean much longer and the water stays fresh smelling until it is time to replace the water (about every 3 months) We will never buy another brand of hot tub. The people at Bear Dance are always eager to help with any questions or issues we may have. We cannot say enough about the quality of the Hot Springs Spa and the quality of people that work at Bear Dance.

We have had a great experience working with Rex, Spencer, and the rest of the staff at Bear Dance Spas. We weren't able to take immediate delivery so Rex stored the spa for a couple of months until we were ready for it. Spencer delivered, set the tub up and we haven't looked back. In 2013 we purchased a Jetsetter hot tub from Bear Dance Spas for our personal indoor use. We LOVE it! It is easy care, comfortable, everything we wanted. Bear Dance Spas delivered and installed it promptly and has consistently supported us whenever we have questions. They really know their stuff.
If you want a commercial hot tub or plan to fill your tub with a dozen partying guests for a weekend, let them know & they will find the right hot tub for you.
