I am VERY pleased with my new fireplace logs and installation. Ted, my installer, did an amazing job and went above and beyond to do it 100% right. He spotted an issue right away and went to Lowe's to buy what he needed to do the job in the safest possible way. He was professional and very kind. I highly recommend this company if you're in the market for new logs or an updated system.

I was able to purchase a beautiful direct vent propane stove from the showroom floor. The installation team worked meticulously to get everything set up in my new home and tested the operation before they left. They took care to install the inside and the outside components with excellence. I have not had any operational issues since the install, feel very safe using the stove, find the remote controller to be user friendly, and have received many compliments on the stove's appearance in the house. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful folks at this family-operated business. Provided details about the available options for updating and upgrading our 30+ year-old wood-burning fireplace. We opted for Monessen Highland Oak LP logs. Installation scheduled for tomorrow. So far, it's been a successful experience for us. Would recommend for sure.

I purchased my gas fireplace approximately 10 years ago from Hearthside Hearth and Home. Hearthside provides maintenance annually at a reasonable fee. I turn the pilot light of in the summer and Hearthside turns it on in the fall while they disassemble, clean, and check for any gas leaks including carbon monoxide. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I highly recommend Hearthside when purchasing and maintaining a natural or propane gas fireplace.

As a Service Technician, I have to source parts from all over the country, my experience with Hearthside has been nothing but GREAT. I generally have the information on what I need and just have to place an order with them, but sometimes I need a little more help, and they've been there to assist. I'm out in Southern California, so I can't comment on the store, or personal interactions, however my phone and Web experience has always been Top Notch.
