I am very very disappointed in their service!! I called because my garbage disposal was backed up. The tech left my house the first time telling me that the issue was fixed. It was not fixed at all. He came back out to my house with another tech and neither of them even had the decency to tell me when they were finished. Instead they completed the job and left before I could test to make sure it was working properly. Their poor service resulted in my bathtub backing up. So again, the tech came back out and fixed the tub. However, he did not really fix it because he broke part of the drain. The

From my first contact with Kelly to Jacob and his crew, their business name, Superior, says it all. Every one I dealt with was professional, courteous, timely, tidy, and did exactly what and when they proposed. Looking at this front yard, the moment they pulled away, you would never know the huge excavation job that they completed in 115 degree heat to correct the leak in the water main. Everyone I have dealt with have been so friendly! Superior Plumbing to the rescue again!!! When our kitchen sink backed up we didn’t hesitate to call Superior Plumbing again. They had been out a few months prior to help us with a sewer line issue and both times their response time was very fast, their technicians are professional and knowledgeable and they get the job done right the first time. Bryce helped us the second time and he did a GREAT job. He arrived on time, got right to work and we were back up and doing dishes within the hour of his arrival. He explained what the issue was and gave us tips to make sure this doesn’t happen again
