I literally cleaned my own pool after they left then I got the bill and they claimed that they were here for an hour and a 1/2 which is not true... I just paid them I would never use them again and I wrote them a letter telling them that and nobody reached out to me, to respond

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called them to just get a pool pump installed. They don't do it unless they already service your pool. I was like no thank you, already tried service with you and you guys ruined my liner.
They ruined my liner and I had to pay 4,000 to get it redone and they wouldn't assist on anything regarding fixing the issue.
I will never recommend someone to use Terry's pool service. Just go to punch-a-penny!

Called Terry's Pool Service and described the issue with our pool pump. They recommend the pump be replaced. They qouted price over phone. Price very reasonable. We accepted. They came out next day and installed new Hayward Super pump. Its extremely quiet. Couldn't have been more pleased. Office staff very professional. Very impressed with overall experience.

We have had Terry's service our pool for the past 1-2 months. Memorial Day weekend our pool started to turn green and I sent a message via facebook to Terry''s business page on that Sunday- long story short they sent a tech that SAME DAY to service our pool. We were so pleasantly surprised that the gentleman took time on his Sunday to service our pool. And it was just in time for the pool to look beautiful for Memorial Day. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend Terry's and their stellar customer service.

Never use these crooks. Their absolutely incompetent, untrained pool service employee nearly ruined my pool pump and my liner. My pump started making strange noises. He "forgot" to open the main drain after vacuuming and blew seals in my pump. This happened twice. Then I started checking my own chemisty to find that it was totally out of whack. I sent photos several times of algae growing at the bottom, the afternoon after they cleaned. All I got was a lame explanation of they had added chemicals to make that "happen". They also did not fix the damage, nor gave me credit for the weeks of service

I have owned a pool for decades, but during my recent move I let my pool 'get away from me.' The water was opaque olive green. I tried several rounds of chlorine and harsher stuff too but could not get it cleared up. Called Terry's and within a week my pool was sparkling like new! The charge was quite reasonable as well.
Highly recommended.

One star is still too many for the poor job done on my pool. Unless you like wasting time and money DO NOT call these people. Little to no communication, poor workmanship, horrific customer service. Since the replacement of my pool liner started in February until today, mid August, I have had countless issues with this company. The first issue was trying to charge me $1,700 for a drain field that already existed. On "completion" of the installation in March, there were large creases and wrinkles in my liner, promised to be fixed when the weather was warmer and the liner more pliable. The stair

If you have any other choice, make it. I would suggest filling in your pool before you use this company. I don't like doing business with hypocrites nor those so selfish they cannot see reason.
Let's just say that this company refused to honor the probate requirements related to my father's passing, his debts, and accounts. The woman who handles their business affairs even suggested on numerous occasions that I disregard the probate process and just pay her. Ironically, they turned around and sued us. I guess legal remedies are only good for Terry's Pool Service. Worst

They delivered my pool liner on Sunday and said they would be back on Monday to install it. They showed up late Monday afternoon and said they were not leaving until the pool liner was installed. They worked very hard as a team and got the liner in on this very hot day with no shade . I was going to install the liner myself but I am glad I did not. There is a lot of things I did not know on the installation. James and his crew were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a pool liner or any other pool services.

A special thanks to Terry's Pool Service for my beautiful new pool liner. We hadn't used our pool for almost a year due to severe tears in the liner resulting from a piece of metal protruding from the extension pole. The children didn't realize when they were cleaning the pool, they were scratching through the liner over time. I called several places and some were so busy, they were only replacing liners that they had originally installed. Others offered only two price points and with a smaller pool, I would have had to pay for more than I needed. My pool looks great, the price was fair, installation

Terry's Pool Service is the worst pool service in the Florida. They promised to do a great job but they have been out to fix the problems they caused and the pool is still a mess. They put two leaks in our liner. They refuse to come out and fix their mistakes. When you spend $12000, the pool should be without an issue. Terry should be ashamed of himself, but is not man enough to correct the issues they caused. He subcontracted a pool guy to work on our pool, knowing he was not licensed in the state of Florida to work on pools. One star is too much. Here are some of the pics to show the damage

I have to say my experience has been the total opposite of the previous reviewer. Not only has the weekly service been totally professional and excellent (shout out to Adam!), with a pristine pool every time, but they were there for me in the crunch. When I had just bought the house and had trouble, they installed a new pump, new heater, new liner, and are now going to help me strategize a new cover system. I am very appreciative for the excellent service.

Actually, I must say that the guy that came to my home and actually kept the pool clean was fantastic.
However, it is absolutely impossible to get a hold of these people when you have a question or there is a problem. This had happened several times... even when wanting to purchase equipment or add services. I just can't imagine how they stay in business.
However, this last time was enough. They stopped servicing my home this fall after the pool had been covered. This would be ok, except I have the spa that remains in use all winter. I called the main number and direct lines
