John is very professional and an expert. He went above and beyond for us today. His communication skills are excellent with fast response time, he arrived at our home on-time, rekeyed our electric gate keypad, made two new keys on-the-spot, repaired a deadbolt, and made recommendations for other lock mechanisms in our home. John was very professional and fast! I tried calling Pop-a-lock and various other places and no one seemed to want to help me. One place even told me I had to go to the car dealership to get my car key reprogrammed since the auto theft light was on, but he was able to come quickly and fixed my problem in no time!

John was very friendly and did an excellent job getting into our ancient safe. Was able to open it and give us the combination in a couple of hours time.
John did have to move our appointment time to one day earlier. We were able to make it work, but would have been better if John had scheduled the right time to begin with.
There was also a mistake on our bill that we caught. We were overcharged for tax by $20. John apologized for the mistake, but pricing is one place where it's important to be right the first time.

We needed to open the door to the backup generator of our new home since we didn't have the keys. John came out quickly on a Saturday morning and made us two new keys for it from scratch. Impressive. He was quick, courteous, and professional. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith service.
