We are outfitted with a state of the art Gencor Ultra 400 drum plant allowing us to produce upwards of 400 tons per hour. We have four silos onsite; each capable of holding 300 tons. With this kind of storage it is no problem supplying a variety of mixes at once to fit the needs of our clients.
With a permanent on-site lab, New Castle Asphalt is able to design, create, and test for DOT state approved projects, along with federal and private mixes.The environment is something that is important to New Castle. That is why we use recycled asphalt pavement in our mix designs. With a separate yard for RAP, our screen plants will break down existing blacktop, and screen it into fines to be reused.
