I cannot say enough good things about Richard and his team at SDS. They were referred to me by a plumber who was unable to assist when we had water back up in our office basement. Richard came out that night and stayed until the issue was resolved, which was very late! He came out again to do some additional work and provided the same professional service as the first time. Richard is extremely communicative all along the way and definitely wants to resolve the issue as quickly and affordably as possible. And, he has an amazing attitude despite the fact that he is working on sewers!
