I took my my Hamadan to foothill oriental rugs to have it cleaned. The total cost was $300.00. When I rolled out the rug I noticed the fringe had been cut to 1/4 inch. I spoke with the owner about repairing the damage he was unwilling to repair it. To add insult to injury he posted the following response.
I sent to rug to Adibs rug gallery. They stabilized the rug and did a beautiful job.

One of the best places to find rugs of any kind, prices are very competitive and the owner is very knowledgeable. The guy who helped me, Alessandro, was very nice and patient and gave me tons of great advices. I will definitely buy all my rugs here from now and forever!
