Absolutely GREAT experience! Johnny and his employees are friendly, courteous, hard working, and they clearly care strongly about the quality of the work they do.
They are extremely responsive, and several times put in extra effort and went the extra mile to make sure the job went smoothly.
Johnny and his crew just finished several jobs at my home, and my wife and I are already hiring him for more work in the near future. I would recommend him without question to any of my friends or family!

John initially installed a bow window in our living room after we spoke to a couple of window salesmen/installers, who we felt were less than honest. Although John was the least expensive, he was certainly the most honest and dependable. He is extremely personable and does a great job. Since the window was a bit bigger than the one he was replacing, he did a little extra to ensure everything fit perfectly and looked aesthetically pleasing. We liked his work so much, we had him return to do a complete renovation of our bathroom. He and his crew were very pleasant and polite and did beautiful work

I’m so happy I was introduced to John! John was recommended to me after my window continued to leak despite another contractor “fixed” it. We called him at about 9pm on a Friday. At precisely 9am the next morning (Saturday) he was on my front step with a smile. He carefully looked over the problem, explained where their were opportunities for issues, and addressed them appropriately. John was super friendly, honest, thorough, prompt and did a great job. His work was clean and so was our front yard when he was finished. Ill be sure to recommend him to my friends and clients. Thanks John!

I contacted John after he was recommended through another business. He returned by call quickly and came over for an estimate. He was pleasant and honest. His quote was fair. He completed the work and it came out great. The job was new column supports in my basement. I am very glad I met John, he will be the first person I call next time.

I wish I could give John Rico Home Improvements more than 5 stars! I don't know about you but I've found it difficult to find well-qualified, hard-working, honest, home-improvement companies. I almost didn't write this review because I want to keep this guy a secret. First, I called on a Sunday night and John got back to me within a couple hours-on a Sunday! Second, he said he would come by on Monday morning at 9am to look at the job-he did...and he was on time! He walked around the house and looked at the job, pointed out some other areas that needed attention and said he would email me a quote

I have used John 3 times times in the last year for various jobs. His company is a rare find these days when it comes to home improvements. If he says he'll be at your house on Tuesday at 8AM thats when he's there. The jobs done right, his prices are fair and they clean up when they're done. I will continue to use John in the future and you should too. You will not be disappointed.

John has done a few jobs for us now. We first hired him during the winter to remove ice dams. He and his team were professional and fast. He explained exactly what the job would entail and how much it would cost.
We hired him again recently to take care of some issues with our investment property and our own home. He emailed written estimates prior and was wonderful with communication leading up to the job.
We would highly recommend using John and his team.

I have worked with John for several years; all his work is professional and done in a timely manner. My neighbor (who can be very demanding)recommended him after having his roof cleaned. John does careful, yet work with his house washing (some others are too aggressive ). After he's done on siding and/or roof, it gives your home a fresh new look.

When a home I was selling needed a good roof cleaning (FAST) I called around and got some quotes. John came out that VERY day, charged a VERY fair amount and cleaned the roof before the sunset! The roof looks amazing and now the home is shiny and clean! All of this AND John guarantees that the roof will be free of algae for 3 years! He is easy to get a hold of and has amazing customer service. I now have a stack of his cards and plan to hand them out to any homeowner that needs a roof cleaner!

I bought a new home and my roof was so dirty that it needed to be cleaned. I was referred to John and he came right over and did the job. My house now looks brand new! My roof is so clean it makes the whole house look better. John and his staff are hard workers, and do a great job! I am so happy we found John! if you need your roof cleaned, CALL JOHN!!!
