Yes! Keeping your items clean is a top priority. Our bins are first quarantined for 3 days and then sanitized top-to-bottom with an anti-viral disinfectant before they are delivered to a new customer. Packages that are returned and require a deep cleaning due to their condition, are subject to a $3 per bin charge.

Green Bins are incredible! Easy to book, delivery is convenient, flexible, and on time. Pick up is the same, and everyone I spoke to from the company was incredibly helpful and kind. Furthermore, my apartment flooded from piping issues the first night, and not one of the boxes let water in so all my belongings were undamaged! Also the labeling system is so convenient. Cannot recommend them enough!

Green bin is the best!! I rented 30 bins for a week but realized I would need them for an extra week and they were happy to let me extend my rental period, with an added fee understandably. They are responsive and very easy to work with. Excellent customer service plus they're sustainable! In my case, I used them for a shoe drive and they were big enough to fit 10 pairs. They were easy to transport as well. I'd highly recommend them to anyone moving.

I met Green Bins through an event and decided to use them for my recent office move.
Man, was it ever easy! I've moved what feels like 8 million times in my life and this was BY FAR the easiest way to move! It was so simple! Jeremiah showed up with the bins, we packed them, the movers moved them, we unpacked them and Jeremiah showed up and picked them back up.
We never ran out of tape! We didn't have MOUNDS of cardboard and packing material left over.
It was also very affordable.

Green Bin was such a smart and easy choice! Moving is never fun but this concept and this company made our move so much better! Bins were delivered on time, clean, and on rollers. Packing was a breeze. Because of the bins, I was able to load the U-haul truck so quickly and effortlessly. The company communicated professionally and via text and email which made everything crystal clear! Green Bin was such a great company to work with and made our move much less stressful and easier! I think this concept is absolutely incredible not only for the environment but for anybody who hates the cumbersome activity of a buying moving boxes, putting them together with tape, packing up items, taping the boxes shut, moving the boxes, and then having to break the boxes down and find a way to resell them, recycle them, or bring them back to where you got them. These bins were amazing! They were so clean, and drop off/pick up was seamless. I will never use boxes again. In fact, I ended up unpacking my already packed boxes into the bins because they were much more stable and held so much stuff. My move wasn’t far so I was able to make several trips over the week. I unpacked each trip I made which kept me incredibly organized in the long run. Totally worth the money... AND It forces you to have your new home unpacked since you have to return them. :)

We used Green Bin for our recent move and can’t emphasize enough how happy we were with the experience. The bins were easy to pack and held so much stuff. Being able to stack them saved a lot of room and the dollys made it easy for our movers to load them in and out of the truck, allowing our move to be efficient and take less time than expected. The 4 bedroom package had the perfect number of bins for our 4 bed house, so their estimations are right on. Although at first I thought for sure we would need more - they were right! I just finished a move and these bins were a lifesaver. The bins are strong, and the perfect size for moving your belongings. The bins fit perfectly on top of each other so you can stack them pretty high without worrying about them falling in the truck. I will definitely be using this service the next time I move.

What an amazing service! These bins are so simple to work with and the pickup/dropoff service is a lifesaver. They give you free labels, packing paper, and dolly's to help move the bins around. The owner Jeremiah was SO helpful and kind. I especially love that the service is eco-friendly and it's great to know that a portion of every purchase is donated to plant trees. My husband & I have moved multiple times through the years - using Green Bins made moving so much easier. The bins are sturdy, easy to carry, stackable, and unlike boxes all the same size. Making it easier to load our moving truck - and conserve/best use of space. The bins were dropped off and delivered at times promised, and when we needed to extend our contract it was for a very nominal fee.

I just used Green Bin for my daughters move and I loved it. They dropped off the bins at her apartment and picked them up at our house - so easy. The crates are just the right size for efficient packing while not getting too heavy. They came with paper for wrapping breakables and labels so the movers knew where to place the bins. Nothing in the bins broke in the move. The process was easy and hassle free. I think the best thing is that with the scheduled pick-up we needed to get them unpacked, versus procrastinating and ending up with those couple unpacked boxes for weeks (or months!). I

Another gem here in Phoenix! Called this place late for my move, but they still were able to deliver the bins on time. They deliver to the old location and pick up from the new location! Jeramiah was great, communicated well, was courteous and they were cheap! Not having to 'waste' money on cardboard was a welcome change and these bins are a lot better than cardboard for the main reason they can carry a heavy load without flexing or breaking out the bottom! My move was effortless and way easier with Green Bins! Highly recommended!

I was dealing with a bug issue at the apartment I regretfully moved into... and wanted to reduce the risk of bringing insects into my new home (they could harbor in cardboard). I've used plastic crates for corporate moves but never thought of using them for a residential move... after searching online I came across Green Bin... and I'm so glad I did! A number of years ago I was involved in a commercial office move and we used bins. I thought it was such a great idea. So this year when we decided to get new carpet upstairs and needed to pack everything up I decided to look for a similar solution. I could not be more happy that I found Green Bin. What an amazing product and the best customer service I have experienced ever. Do your self a favor and don't use boxes on your next move. We have moved a lot and the hassle of finding, taping, breaking down and finding a new home for moving boxes is a HASSLE. Loved using Green Bins and eliminating the whole unnecessary process of traditional boxes. Not even in our new home a week and everything is unpacked and Green Bins picked up. So, moving is not always super fun...BUT with a company like Green Bin it makes the move a lot easier! The idea of being "eco-friendly" was a big plus, and having moved A LOT in my life the thought of making boxes, tearing them down, trying to figure out how to get rid of them is a process I'm not fond of!
One of the biggest things that spurred me to go this rout was the convenience of "drop off and pick up". They come right to your door both ways and it alleviates the stress of trying to figure out how to haul a bunch of boxes or bins yourself!

Green Bin was a fantastic choice when it came to my cross town move! Having moved quite a bit over my life, it took the stress and mess of cardboard boxes out of the equation. Jeremiah and Green Bin made packing and moving simple, as well as more efficient. Moving homes, even in town, with a 2 month old is never easy and Jeremiah dropped off the bins, picked up the bins and even accommodated us when we hit a snag in our moving schedule.
